[Request/Help] SFX For Shooter games.

Hello All! Firstly i would like to state that i am unsure of what forum this would fully belong in as its to do with a game project that im working on so if there is a more suited forum for this to be placed in then let me know!

Anyway I'm working on my first game project called Crystalline Dream it is a top down shooter much like Touhou or Lenen however it isn't related to either universe!

My Question today is as follows: Does anyone here know how to create SFX for games like this if not does anyone know any good royalty free SFX libraries that i can use?

OH! my bad i forgot about that place QAQ i was mainly asking for non touhou assets as you arent allowed to use ZUN's assets like sounds and stuff for your own stuff (as this isnt a Danmakufu project)

but that is my bad as i have forgotten about that thread as its been ages since i was last here!
