>"Alright, now that everyone is here, let's head through the gap." says Yukari, "So, I have one extra futon, as well as Ran's bed available. It's only two beds, I know, but one of you can also sleep in the abandoned house next door if you wish. Anyway, do any of you have a preference..."

>"I don't really mind where I sleep." says Sumireko.
>"Two beds, huh..." Renko thinks for a moment, "Um... Merry... If you want to I mean... Do you think we could..."

>"Y-Yea, why not ? That way Sumireko and Matenshi can stay in the house too."

>Yukari frowns slightly, but quickly covers it with a smile, "So, would you two prefer the futon, or Ran's bed once we get to the house?"

>Yukari steps into the gap. Chen approaches it soon after.
>"C'mon guys! Last one through's a rotten egg!"

>"H-Hey! Wait for-" you hear Renko exclaim before you find yourself in what is presumably Yukari's house. You appear to be in some kind of living room with a few chairs and a couple of tables. Yukari and Chen are in the middle of the room, pulling a futon out of a gap.

>You feel something slam into your back hard, causing you to fall forwards. Soon you end up on the ground with some weight on top of you
>"Ow..." You hear Renko say.

>"Ha! I guess you're a rotten egg, Maten- Uh... Are you two okay?" Sumireko's voice asks a few seconds later.

>With a wave of Yukari's hand, a gap opens up under both of you.
>"A-AH!" Renko yelps in surprise.
>The two of you land on a soft bed, lose your balance, and faceplant on top of it.

>Yukari casually emerges from another gap and steps into the room as you pick yourself up.
>"Oh good, I didn't miss the bed." she smiles, "Now, is there anything else you need?"

>The bed is fully stocked with them, and seems to have been neatly made before you and Renko landed on it.

>You do not sleep in pajamas. You always sleep in your clothes when you're out on an adventure with Renko, and she does as well. But when you're alone at home, you sleep in your underwear, or occasionally in the nude. You have no idea if Renko does the same when she's alone.

>"No. We don't need anything." Renko replies.

>"Very well, I'll leave you two to get some rest then. Sumireko is downstairs, Chen is across the hall if you need her, and I'll be at the end of the hall if you absolutely need me..."
>Yukari opens a gap and leaves the two of you alone.

>"I've been doing some thinking... and becoming a youkai seems to be the simplest option... I'm not sure which youkai I'd want to be, though... What do you think?"

>"Well, anything that would harm others or that would have to isolate you isn't feasible, so becoming a vampire or a hermit is out, mother also said that Miss Reimu has almost no tolerance to a certain youkai kind for some reason, so that isn't the way either, becoming a magician seems to be the way, and Miss Patchouli from the Lake Mansion is a magician youkai, so maybe that's it ?"

There's probably a lot of kinds of magicians, though, so you might have plenty of wiggle room to just do things you end up better at or more interested in! Your ability has grown like mine, too... so you have some sort of special innate talent like I do, that might keep getting stronger."
