EoSD insane FPS fullscreen problem.

Whenever i'm trying to play EoSD on fullscreen, game is going insanely fast and it's unplayable, but on windowed, i always have 60 FPS. Can someone help? I want to clear this game for my first time and it's seriously hard for me to play it on windowed. Thanks for help!

EoSD and all games below 10 have that issue, If i remember correctly, you have to install the DX8 to DX9 Converter by downloading it, copying and pasting it on the game`s directory folder.
Also remember to put in the VSync patch to solve input delays.
