I think YouTube's got you covered there. Already there is a playlist of the full soundtrack, so you might not necessarily need a rip. I will admit that I'm curious of what RedRive's soundtrack is like.
Honestly, I'm kind of sad a few of these links are dead, such as Seihou Kioh Gyoku which has MIDI files in the game that I wish to have, but are currently down because MediaFire has the tendency to shut down downloads for no reason. Beyond getting the MIDI's of Touhou I haven't used this thread much, but I do see some stuff is not up-to-date or down, telling me this thread is no longer tended to. Updating this with new stuff or fixing what's down is going to be up to the host of these downloads so I won't pester if they are not interested in doing that.

If you want the music assets, just open the thbgm.dat in Audacity. :|

PREPOST EDIT: So it does. Let's see if it works with the fighting games.
PREPOST EDIT2: Works with IaMP, but not sure about every other fighting game because of the file structure.
