How do I get thinspng.exe to work exactly? I keep on getting "not a valid win32 application" errors.
I'm inputting the following into the command prompt:
*:** hinspng bullet.anm bulleteff01.png etema.png etama2.png etama3.png etama6.png etama7a.png etama7b.png etama8.png

Ew command prompt. I just use bat files and resort to command prompt to analyze stuff.
thinspng bullet.anm bullet/eff01.png neweff01.png
thinspng bullet.anm bullet/etama.png newetama.png
thinspng bullet.anm bullet/etama6.png newetama6.png
and etcetc. You have to manually input each entry. The datpacker is the one that you just type filenames.

Thanks, I'll show off the spoils after I'm done with MoF too.
Also, is the finished DAT supposed to be abnormally big? My original th11.DAT is a mere 25,988Kb, but the repacked DAT is 66,708Kb.
Now... if only I could obtain similar tools for the rest of the games...

Just a note though, yes, the dat is supposed to be that big. The originals are compressed. Unfortunately, I haven't actually gotten MoF to work as of yet, so don't freak out if it doesn't work.

Haha, you're a bit late, thanks though. I just took the file list for SA you sent me ages ago and went through it accordingly. Everything works fine too, and I'll post the results tomorrow. You'll also see the reason why I'm looking for repackers for the other games then too.
