Interestingly, the obi calls it "Theme Song of Touhou Suzunaan".
Luno, organizer of Touhou Nico Dousai also said it doesn't sound like a character theme. The book offers no additional commentary on the CD.

Does the CD comes with the typical ZUN's comments for each track? If so, any word about "Bibliophile with a Deciphering Eye" being Kosuzu's Theme or Suzunaan's Theme in general?
