>And people just let Aya do this?
>What's wrong with this place?
>You wonder exactly why Aya is allowed to do this... You question how "right" this place is...

>"Then pesky tengu photographer, at least i'm sure that Miss Mokou is immune to you, since she uses pants, still a weird hobby."
>"Oh, don't worry, I'll get her eventually..." Aya smirks.

>Follow Reimu.
>You follow "Reimu" out of the cave, leaving everyone else behind. You're beginning to head for the path leading down the mountain.

>Whisper: "Did she get even one of yours or Chen's or Lady Yukari's ?"
>"I do believe she's gotten one of Chen's before..." Ran whispers back in her own voice, frowning, "However, she hasn't gotten a successfully one Yukari-sama and I, likely because we live in such a remote location... And due to the fact that Yukari-sama can easily avoid such a... vulnerable... situation..."

//What should we say regarding what we have to do?

Telling her about what might qualify as a hostage situation is right out of the question (probably) - "Reimu" would inform Yukari about it as soon as she could, and Sariel would NOT be happy with that.

Of course, being cagey will certainly make "Reimu" suspicious of us.

And outright lying might be somewhat difficult ("Reimu" isn't affiliated with Yukari because she's dumb).

//Tell her that we're just looking for another friend, and we already know where to find her? If she questions where or who, we could just say that we've got it covered, and that she should be worrying about Reimu and Chen being okay.

//Better not, we shouldn't lie about that, especially to Ran, if your ever read Purplequest you know how smart this kitsune is, besides, we like Chen, she's our friend, so let's go with her the same way we did with Miss Mamizou.

>We are on a stalemate, we have to stay with Chen, since it's our fault she's like that, and we can neither stay there nor run away, since both are bad and impractical choices, going with 00-Ran is best since we'll be both safe-ish and draw minimal suspicion to us or Ran.
>And as i said before, Lady Yukari will have Renko for trial, one way or another, even if we cross the barrier back, so we need to focus more on how to prove that Renko should live than on trying to avoid it.

Edit: Damnit ! THAT'S probably why Lady Yukari was upset like that ! I'm an idiot !

>You think about the situation you're in right now. Despite how much you dislike having to leave the area, it's the best thing to do to avoid drawing suspicion. You can only hope that Sariel finds you later.
>And on the topic of Sariel, you remember she seemed a bit panicked when she left. What could've possibly made an angel of death and chaos go into that sort of state....

>She didn't make it in time, so a Kitsune posing as Shrine Maiden along with a Black-white magician and a Puppeteer with excellent hands and a cute AF doll came, with a pesky pervert Tengu reporter on their tail, who also had ANOTHER not-so-pesky tengu reporter, little options were available, so let's work with what's right and with what we can.

Sariel has proven she can appear basically anywhere she deems to and likely know where we (or at least Renko) is/are, so we don't need to be too worried about the "where"... so long as we have enough privacy (at some point) for her to show up. We just need to not get ourselves into any hot water whilst we're out and about.
