If they know about Sumireko and what she tried to do (Which I think someone explained before that the 'girl' tried to take down all of Gensokyo when she was cornered), then she might make the visual connection to Renko, like many others have.

//Yes, that makes sense. Also, could you refresh me about Sumireko ? What did she do and what happened to her to make her cornered like that ? I am doing this quest blind as in no knowledge on Maribel or Renko and i also have a lot of stuff onto my head. (FlandreTale ideas, Roll to Dodge Arena 2, Sakuya Quest, Daiyousei Quest, etc.)
