>You had forgotten about it, but it was raised up by Byakuren a couple winters ago. Reisen had some business there you think, and ended up awakening some kind of metal monster. Meiling helped vanquish it.

>"Are the fairies troublesome for you ?"

>"Most of the time, they're fine," says Wakasagihime.

Relevant details about the sunken building can be found in Reisen Quest, for the confused.

> "Ah, so the sunken building remains. You say there is nothing in it? Activity surrounding that building once awakened some kind of metal monster. You can confirm there is no remaining trance of that creature?"

I'm sorry, but right now, i just can't find the time (No pun intended) to read these quests, everyone seems to have a Quest from Purvis, what's next ? Medicine Quest ? Koakuma Quest ?

It's all in the archive (save for parts of one that was begun on a different forum). The games in the Purvis chronology are Patchouli, Reisen, Utsuho, Maribel, Iku, Nue, Kisume, Yukari, and Miko/Youmu, with (most of) Ran thrown in as a side game that provides a little bit of backstory to how the Buddhists showed up and why Aya began everything in jail.

Should we bring up the offer to become a vassal right now or wait for a more appropriate moment like after asking about the building's details from her ? I personally would rather wait a bit more, but it's your call.
