For some reason I thought of Kogasa surprising people on the highway.
Whenever umbrellas are mentioned I think of Kogasa, actually.

So, I was playing Pokemon Ultra Moon just now and I am in the Vast Poni Canyon. And I encountered a certain Ace Trainer... I tried to take a pic with my Smartphone when I saw the "Touhou link" but the text went too fast. So, I had to screenncap Serebii.net instead.
