HalfGrand:
Hopefully I will get a PlayStation 4 sometime in the future and when this game comes out, I sure as hell am going to get it : P.

I've seen some gameplay footage of this game and it really douse remind me of Acceleration of Suguri... except much better looking and with more bullet hell to it.
Quwanti:
I've seen a lot of negativity towards this NIS America. Any particular reason for that?

Anyway, here is a video of the game.

Small-text'd as I don't want to drag the topic too far off-track, but thought I'd give my thoughts to this

I can only speak for myself. But if you ask me, I don't particularly like NIS America anymore. Mostly it is because, somehow, it seems like they have consistently introduced problems that the original games didn't have when they were involved, and they didn't really fix them either. NIS is fine, it is apparently just NIS America that has this strange stuff going on. (not to make it sound as if it's intentional, which isn't what I meant - more that they somehow mess up a lot)

If I'd focus on Disgaea for a moment (as I can speak more for that than for the other games they were involved in) they have weird issues like help text / sometimes regular text overflowing the textboxes and becoming unreadable. This can be more than half of the original message sometimes... You know, it isn't cool for conversations to just cut off abruptly in the middle of a sentence? I feel like this should be noticed and fixed if they had looked over it one single time, which makes me feel like they don't often check their work thoroughly. Disgaea 3 remake had a ton of untranslated bits left in the game that pop up at times. That doesn't bother me too much, personally, but it shouldn't happen... In the same game, some translations are just blatantly incorrect: "go to floor 30" which should have been "skip 30 floors", in the middle of a 580 floor challenge mode no less. That is ridiculously misleading, isn't it? Then there is Disgaea D2, which not only inexplicably freezes at times, but there were several patches intended to fix it that in fact made it happen more often. What. Overall, while the games are still good and playable (mostly NIS's work) the part NIS America has in them feels as if it was just poorly done, I guess.

I'm gonna go ahead and stop right there, because I don't want to turn this into a huge rant on everything I dislike about NIS America, but it basically boils down to something like, after their previous works I'm not very inclined to think they'll do a particularly good job with anything else.

Well, that's all my opinion anyways. Sorry if it is a little bit biased against them, but I'm not trying to pass it all off as fact or anything, it is just why I personally don't like them.
Soul Devour:
So it's been a while since this topic has been updated but NISA is releasing a physical version. It should be noted there's also a limited edition available for those interested. Pretty decent offering for 50 bucks, if you ask me. Amazon also has the Standard and Limited Editions as well, although the pins in the Limited Edition are a NISA exclusive.

September 6th is the release date according to both sources, by the way.
Spotty Len:
Oh boy... That's the first time I am tempted to buy a Limited Edition without even owning the console the game is on.
