He's okay but not great in Green. He's just shit in Red because all the other triple TPA cards in Red fulfill a specific niche while Liu Bei is just kind of there.

Hmm, this is a maddening form of trolling that I don't think I've ever seen before. So I'm working on making Awoken Venus this week, not least as an excuse to throw away Shynpys because I have too many. But to do that I need four more white keepers. Five keeper invades so far today, every single one was a black keeper. Come on, seriously?! At this point clearly I should've just done Keeper Of Gold all day, but I wanted some Rainbow Keepers too. This sucks.

Edit: Okay, six black keepers in a row. Fine, fuck this. I give up. Guess I won't ever make Awoken Venus after all. Apparently white keepers cost at least 200 stamina each and I still need four more. Not that I'm any stranger to blowing an entire day's worth of stamina for nothing, but there's other stuff I could be wasting my time on. Oh yeah, and all six of those black keepers were extra, so I went 0/6 on golem skillups during a 2.5x skillup event as well.

16 runs between today and last time to get it..... fuck you 2.5x rate

Oh and i got ONE skill-up on HIza too so now i only need another few billions of stam to skillmax her too! >_>

liu bei was considered a steam roller due to too good timing on his release and having an immediately obvious, and 'good' place for him to go

in actuality he was always stupid overhyped and a super mediocre card, and when he loses the slam dunk area to go and is first to deal fully with his mediocrity you come to realize

-liu bei really fucking sucks-.

that's not to say powercreep had nothing, because tbh rozzy is one of the strongest tri-prongs to date imo, but it's a lot of him just not really working out of the niche he existed in and actual competition

Liu Bei could probably have been reasonable if instead of having a 3000 HP heal, he just had a 8 CD like all the other Double Attack Stances.

That level of orb change is also kinda a row thing to begin with.
When the opportunity to take Vishnu appeared, well, it seems a lot of people switched and never looked back?

Green Bei is still plenty good. He's my go-to for Real Soviet Damage on Bastet if I need to break fatty defense or something, but for general use I'll bring someone else with better awakenings and a less doofy active (and more HP).

It's no secret that he's basically a straight downgrade from Vishnu though.

Do people run double Vishnu subs given the opportunity? I know it's kind of gimmicky, but the idea of being able to keep his active up all the time is appealing.

I've seen people run double Zaerogoo for various reasons. Don't see why Vishnu wouldn't work, unless you're really lacking in HP.

Vishnu is better for general purpose.
but personally I would really prefer liu bei if I'm going to have to go against some stupid enemies like A. Shiva.
It's just more comforting for me to know I'd be able to have a >15 green orb board pretty consistently for dealing 10mil+ damage when I need it rather than hoping I don't get screwed up by Verdandi boardflush + 2 more green orbs and skyfalls from vishnu. Still don't see how 3k heal justifies 2 extra cds, they should buff him to 9cd already.

But yes, I believe double vishnu with meimeis are pretty popular.

Whatever works for people I guess.

none, don't bother farming it for snow globes

they're not invades but rather rare spawns, so even if you see them in a dungeon, they drop incredibly rarely, perhaps below 3% of the time.

I dropped a couple last year out of a decent number of runs. My experience was definitely that they were more common than people were saying, but I'm sure that was just a fluke.
