I don't have that many nicknames, I usually just shout what comes to mind at the time, there are only a few names I use often.

Reimu: Raymond Hackbraten
Mima: Charming Dima Memon
Sakuya: Skuya (someone misspelled it somewhere once)
Yuyuko: Yuyuyuyuyuyuyuyuyu (it's easier to repeatedly shout that than Yuyukoyuyukoyuyuko)
Momiji: Doge
Aya: SHAMEIMARU!!
Sanae: Saahne'??bschn (don't even try to pronounce this, it's my weird way of saying "Sahneh?ubchen" (cream topping))
Kyouko: Echodoge
Seiga: SEGA
Kagerou: Doge
Junko: THE PIECE OF JUNK

For the most part, I only ever nickname Tewi and Reisen, because they're my favorites and IN is my favorite game, but I have some others.

Reisen -> H-Bunny :derp:
Tewi -> Tei (Usatei 2011 got me stuck on that nickname)
Marisa -> Mari-chan
Remilia -> Remi (Just from random other people)
Alice -> Arisu-tan (In my thoughts, I don't romanize it, but a lot of people might be confused if I typed アリスたん)

And I don't think it counts, but:

Cirno -> Chiruno (Because it sounds nicer in my mind, and because all my friends that I've brainwashed say "Sirno" and it's annoying)

I know that Flandre looks like Shinobu, but wouldn't you call Flandre "Sengoku Nadeko" in terms of personalities? (Bakemonogatari FTW)
