Here we go aaaagain!

Countdown Clock

Today's direct should be special for a few reasons:

It will be the first direct after Iwata's passing. (rip ;_;7) It will be interesting to see who will take on the torch of handling directs. Will it be Miyamoto? Or will it be Kimishima, the current CEO? Or will it be someone else?

It's the first direct after the Smash Bros Ballot has ended, and Sakurai himself has retweeted the direct announcement, so it's very likely there will be new character(s) revealed

I have my fingers crossed for more xenoblade, but inklings is a total no-brainer.

In unrelated news I'm buying a wii u at some point this month, probably the one that comes with smash and splatoon :v

Release date for X is December 4th. There is a non-zero chance I may just piggyback on someone else's Wii U for the chance to play it.

Elsewhere, we've been waiting for release dates for Bravely Second and FE: Fates.

Apparently some new splatoon stuff leaked. There was that leak from last month about Twilight Princess HD, as well.

Edit: Also, Capcom's involvement is known, which means either PW or MH news

Personally i am looking forward for news on a new Pokemon game and Zelda U and Twilight Princess HD, it feels like a long time since we have had a new Pokemon game i would love to get a Kanto remake in 3D or a Sinnoh remake. Nintendo needs to advertise Zelda U desperately, aparently it's one of the most expensive games the big N has ever produced but it is certainly lacking in info i mean all we have is footage of the trailer and the footage of the game rewards show. I can't wait to see Midna in HD :V

Isn't the next main Pokemon game going to be Pokemon "Z"? The last one was already a remake and usually the order goes new gen -> remake -> third installment

Plus there's the fact that they revealed a bunch of stuff about Zygarde's forms in the show and all

I hoping Shantae and/or Shovel Knight make it into Smash, personally. They've both been super hyped and they've both gotten prominent features on Nintendo platforms.

I haven't even finished the original XBC yet ;~; It's just so darn massive! And difficult! (darned bats on the Gaur Plains...) Also, on the subject of FE, I hope we get more info about FE x SMT. I haven't heard a peep out of it in forever.

I have heard...Very little about this, but I usually don't keep up that well with Pokemon news. I would not be surprised in the slightest, though. Z would be a good opportunity to remaster X and Y, if only because I wasn't that satisfied with the overworld map. Kalos didn't feel as massively intricate and maze-like as some of the other regions (notably Unova, gosh dang that place is huge).

On that note, more Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon news would also be appreciated :3c

I don't think they'll talk about Monhun cross, since this'll be MH4U's first christmas and they'd be shooting themselves on the foot with that.
