Satori elegantly dodges that nothing.
???
You dodge her logic, so nothing bad happens.
????????????????????? What the heck is even happening here? And no t-shirt? Guess I'm not welcome anymore. And considering I've shown aggression and can't flee, I can only attack. Genocide or bust.

They do get their own action, but since the clones can only attack (and defend against) the person they represent, only the Cirno clone attacked Cirno.

Excalibur cannot be countered.
What would happen if someone rolled a 6, then? Hit? Dodge?
Y-Yukari is Invincible and doesn't need to Roll to Dodge... Yukari receives Compensation..
Oh, okay. Then you need to hand over Compensation to Flowey, too:
You leave the Arena.
1 6: You swiftly pull out your red trident and lunge at Flowey. Flowey must Roll to Dodge!
6+1=7: You upgrade the Sumireko doll. It's cape glows eerily. Sumierko Doll v2: Cause a miniature apocalypse with this. (Sends everyone in the same area into dying status, including self. Expands to everywhere at v3.
If somebody is already in dying status, will it insta-kill? Can you activate items like that in, say, Pure Pacifist Pentagram? Can you activate items remotely from another area?
Yukari (2)
Is "Yukari (2)" considered different from "Yukari" by the rules?

>Duplicate Compensation. (x3)
If that can't be done (because of the big angry GM, for example):
>Upgrade "Welcome to Hell" t-shirt. If resulting roll is below 4, try again.
>For the next few turns, affect every roll for everyone with Miniking's math fail skills! (i.e. make every roll that gets bonus points added or subtracted equal a random number from -1 to 8 as a result). If my resulting roll for this action is below 4 and I still have the non-item action, try again.

If someone rolled a 6 when dodging Excalibur, it would be treated as a dodge.
Ahem, while Yukari was affected by her result when she had to dodge, Flowey wasn't, as shown by the other half of the quote that you hadn't mentioned.
1 6: You swiftly pull out your red trident and lunge at Flowey. Flowey must Roll to Dodge!
5 2: Flowey is struck from behind by it. Flowey is...not mortally wounded?
It just sends them into dying. If they're already dying, it does nothing because it's not an attack. As for the Pentagram, no attacks can be done towards or inside of it, but again, it's not an attack. No, items like that can't be activated from other areas.
Yukari (2) is still a Yukari.
If that can't be done (because of the big angry GM, for example):
>For the next few turns, affect every roll for everyone with Miniking's math fail skills!
>Insulting the GM doesn't seem to be the best use of your time.

Ahem, while Yukari was affected by her result when she had to dodge, Flowey wasn't, as shown by the other half of the quote that you hadn't mentioned.
Sure. However, it's a non-sequitur:
6: Yukari is actually at the Hakurei Border. Nonetheless, you fly there and fire an onslaught of homing miss-GAP "Hey GM, what's with previously having me Roll to Dodge when I'm invincible anyways? Is something the matter? Wouldn't it only be fair for me to receive compensation as well?" Y-Yukari is Invincible and doesn't need to Roll to Dodge... Yukari receives Compensation...
The point of Yukari's request for compensation wasn't that she was affected by the Roll to Dodge. It's that she had to Roll to Dodge to begin with. There's not a word about "affected".
Besides, the point that she has to be additionally compensated for positive consequences to her is, frankly, absurd.

Flowey rolled a 2 and would've gone into dying due to the result, but didn't because he was invincible, so he doesn't deserve comp, as opposed to Yukari, who would've unfairly died if she rolled a 1.
(If you need more clarification than that, think of it as this: Instead of everyone whom were invincible not needing to roll to dodge, I could've made them roll anyways and not be affected by the end result. Both would've ended up having the same result.)

Flowey rolled a 2 and would've gone into dying due to the result, but didn't because he was invincible, so he doesn't deserve comp, as opposed to Yukari, who would've unfairly died if she rolled a 1.
Oh, she would, wouldn't she?
EX Rules.
2. The lovely Yukari is invincible.
Besides, she didn't roll a 1, so I'm not sure about the point. Flowey could've rolled a 5, too. It's not about what they could've rolled, it's about what they did roll.
(If you need more clarification than that, think of it as this: Instead of everyone whom were invincible not needing to roll to dodge, I could've made them roll anyways and not be affected by the end result. Both would've ended up having the same result.)
Yes, Flowey would end up with the same result. Yukari, however...
2+1=3: You prepare to defeat Yukari and do something after you do. It's time... Yukari must Roll to Dodge!
5: Yukari dodges your attack and keeps a slight smile. (+1 for Yukari's next roll.)
Yukari: 3+1=4: Yukari gaps your Hoshii Mikis out of existence.
...wouldn't. Her Roll to Dodge result directly influenced her next action result.

My problem with the situation is simple. Flowey got "treated unfairly" by the rules, his roll netted him nothing in accordance to the rules at the time, and now he doesn't receive anything. Yukari got "treated unfairly" by the rules in the same way, her roll netted her a bonus in accordance to the rules at the time, and now she receives Compensation.

Speaking of rules, what happened to EX Rule 8 (the death penalty one)? It was declared quite a few turns ago, yet not a single death has been penalized yet. Since I rolled a 3 for revival once and got no real penalty, does that mean I was treated unfairly by the game and should be compensated?

With the new rules, I had to re-check this more times. Hopefully there aren't more errors. I mean hey, I'm alive.
> Ensure COMPLETE. GLOBAL. SATURATION.
2: The planet doesn't become any more or less saturated with Chlorophyll at the moment. (-1)
???????????????????????? What the heck is even happening here? And no t-shirt? Guess I'm not welcome anymore. And considering I've shown aggression and can't flee, I can only attack. Genocide or bust.
>Manipulate the legendary sword of nothing into a spear.
>Attack, jabbing for her third eye.
>Trust that the nothing antics can adequately defend me and block her attacks with the spear of nothing.
5-1=4: The nothing sword becomes a nothing spear.
6-1=5: You thrust the nothing spear towards Satori's third eye. (+1) Satori must Roll to Dodge!
2: Satori knew you would attack and tries to dodge, but fails. Satori is Dying! (3 turns left) Her third eye bleeds profusely.
> Continue shouting profanities at Flowey. But make them swear-ier.
5-2=3: You shout some basic swear words at Flowey. You're no Sailor, but you're sure to get the point across. Before Flowey can respond, Yuuka stands up and tries to leave the Pure Pacifist Pentagram, but she can't leave the area. She instead glares at you, smiling.
>Oh god I'm not ready for the responsibility of raising a child
>Just ask Soushiko what she wants to do
>Browse Kourindou for interesting stuff
You tell Soushiko to tell you what she wants to do.
"I'm fine with staying at whatever this 'Human Village' is, if that's what you want..."
6+1=7: You scan the shelves and spot a peculiar looking item. It's a green panel with a "B" on it. "Those are Bombs used in Danmaku battles." Rinnosuke speaks up. "They're different from the usual bomb tools, in that they don't really blow anything up. They're useful when you're in a pinch. You can have one for free since you seem so interested in it." Got Bombs (1): Only usable while Dying. Will recover from Dying as well as make the user invincible on the turn used, but their rolls are cut in half for the turn. "If you're diligent enough, you could probably make it into an Autobomb, or even a Deathbomb."
Shouldn't the clones get their actions because of the Pure Electric Ensemble?

>Use reinvigorating music on myself and the clones.

Electric Reimu:
>Get note where real Reimu is

Electric Yuuka:
>Beautify the Village

Electric Cirno:
>Freeze Team 9 in place
1-1=0: You decide not to play.
1-1=0: You still don't play.
E. Reimu: 4: Points right above herself far into the air. It's only then that you spot Reimu, whom promptly crashes into...nothing? She's rubbing her nose now. "I bet Marisa and Alice made it home fine..." You hear faintly.
E. Yuuka: 1: Makes the Human Village look a bit worse with the addition of electric sunflowers.
E. Cirno: 3+1=4: Shoots chilling bolts at Advent Cirno (since the rest of Team 9 already fled). Cirno must Roll to Dodge!
6: Since Cirno's too far to use her swords, she shoots a blast of Ice of her own. E. Cirno must Roll to Dodge!
5+1=6: E. Cirno continues the beam struggle! Cirno must Roll to Dodge!
6: Satan... Uh, this is unexpected. Satan can't appear as everyone, being injected with chlorophyll, cannot leave their current area this turn... Cirno and E. Cirno's beam struggle ends in a tie! Atai!
>Slay the first thing I come across
3-2=1: You give life to the first thing you come across. The only thing that looks remotely "dead" would be Uboa, so you go with that.
The arena's atmosphere returns to normal and Uboa disappears. In it's place is a girl with blonde hair in a high ponytail. She's wearing a green shirt and a brown skirt. Her name is Poniko.
I shall not give up despite alls been stripped from me!

>be so determined that magical shit happens for me to win

>if former fails, be more determined again!

>turn the hax against yukari and slash her twice in a turn, that's how you beat hax characters!
3: Magic is always happening in Gensokyo. Unfortunately, you're not included in it's recipients.
3: Magic continues to barely avoid your grasp. This fills you with Determination!
Yukari is invincible, but you do understand more about her hax now. Seems she can only hax 1 action per turn.
> Annex Former Hell peacefully.
> Let the Mogekos operate the generator.
> Somehow. grant everyone a random Stand.
5: Your underground civilization successfully becomes comrades with Former Hell. They've also upgraded your air conditioning, since it sort of benefits them as well. (+1)
Mogekos: 5: The Mogeko generator spits out a Mogeko. (+1 to Mogeko group) Mogekos: 11
2: You lack the equipment for granting stands...? (-1. Total: 0)
> Challenge Clownpiece to a juggleing contest since we can't shift from the Dream World
> Juggle using my own heads
You tell Clownpiece you want to have a juggling contest.
4: You juggle your heads in a regular way.
Clownpiece: 1: Juggles HORENDOUSLY! She looks really embarrassed.
Hecatia: 5: Comforts Clownpiece and tells her she did alright for her first try. (+1)
>Find Hieda no Akyu and ask her for the directions to the scarlet devil mansion.
(Ah, forgot to list Old Guy as being in the Human Village from before...)
5: You knock on a door and immedietly find Akyuu. You ask her where the Scarlet Devil Mansion is. "It's right past Misty Lake. You can't miss it if you're look. Misty Lake itself is right outside of here. The rest of Cirno's group left there a while ago. (+1)
>Duplicate Compensation. (x3)

>Upgrade "Welcome to Hell" t-shirt. If resulting roll is below 4, try again.

If my resulting roll for this action is below 4 and I still have the non-item action, try again.
1+1=2: You fail to do so. (-1)
1+1=2: You fail again. (-1. Total: -2)
3+1=4: You duplicate your compensation. You now have 2 compensations.
>Destroy the Hakurei Barrier. Surely nothing can go wrong as a result... R-right?
Yukari Hax's your action.
"Hey, I wouldn't do that if I were you. Reimu  would flip if someone touched this."
>Retrieve TEA barrel. And BREW.
1-1=0: No TEA time...
Remilia is complaining about lack of Sakuya.
Kogasa is wondering where the black blob went.
Yuuka is glaring at Patorikku.
Wow, training montages are tiring.

>Sit in the pose of that famous really thoughtful looking statue and contemplate life.

6: You sit... you eventually realize you're on the ground, feeling like trash. There's a spooky? ghost lying next to you.
3: You can't find the slot to insert robo-temflakes.
>"...Neat! Not sure how I got this party together, but hey, it happened..." To soul-filled bodies: "...why are you looking at me like that?"

>>Unless someone hostile attacks. In which case, retaliate with this newfangled magic sword with a good dice-based gimmick n' stuff.
4: You manage to not make that face.
3: Excalibur already finished everything.
The only people looking threateningly at your group seems to be Yuuka, but she's smiling?
>Give The Lamb the ability to cross any and every possible barrier to complete its task.
>If that fails, use my remaining actions to try again.
1+2=3: You fail.
2+2=4: The Lamb is now unhindered in where it can and can't go, as long as it's part of it's task.
Clank waits idly.

Events:
Yukari (2) goes into Hax Mode.
Yukari waits patiently...
Excalibur seems satisfied...for now.
Cirno: 3: Attacks E. Cirno 3 times! E. Cirno must Roll to Dodge!
6+1=7: Not only does E. Cirno dodge, but she also seems to be wielding an electric Watermelon Sword now!? (Watermelon Sword: A weapon composed of 6 other blades.  Attacks guarantee a Roll to Dodge, even at 1. Can attack up to 6 times depending on the roll. Only allows 1 attack action if the wielder normally has 3 actions.)
3+1=4: E. Cirno dodges the 2nd slash.
2+1=3: E. Cirno is scratched by the final slash. (-1)
Keine: 3+1=4: tries to Headbutt Advent Cirno. Cirno must Roll to Dodge!
6: Cirno strikes back with the Watermelon Sword 6 times! Keine must roll to dodge!
3+1=4: Keine dodges slash #1.
5+1=6: Keine stops the 2nd slash and goes for another headbutt. Cirno must Roll to Dodge!
2: Cirno is struck dead on with a headbutt. Cirno is Dying (3 turns left).
"Doesn't matter. I'll just come back when I die anyways!"
Sayaka: 5-1=4: Heals herself. She is no longer Dying, but her Soul Gem has tainted further. (35% corrupted.)
Reimu is frustrated at being stuck above the Human Village.
Marisa are still trying to reach their homes.
Poniko is waiting...
Flowey used scary face. Yuuka wasn't intimidated.
Satori tries to flee to her room, but she can't escape!
Koishi has appeared in Former Hell.
The Chlorophyll leaves everyone's bodies. They are free to move between area's again.
