It's either your computer or your emulator.

If it's your computer, then I have no idea how to fix it.

If it's your emulator, some folks here could help you. Just tell us a little bit more info and we'll be able to  help.

Okay, I tried editing some settings and I think I got it under control now so disregard what I said earlier please.

Woo, 4.28%.
I was just being overdramatic.
