>"Didn't think this blight has a cure?" Kyouko frowns. "You mean like... you'd be poisoned forever? Was that..." She gestures vaguely at you with a finger. "Was that what that black stuff on your face was?"

>"Good time at it?" She considers this a moment. "Pretty good, I think! I mean, good enough. It's been a while since I've been back there, now," she says with a nostalgic look on her face.

>Fish out our map and give her a gander at it.

>Wondering if the girl's a bit too earnest for her own good, you dig your map out of your pack and show it to Kyouko. Her eyes slowly widen as they scan over it, and she lets out a soft whistle.
>"Oh, wow. There's so many notes on this. Did you draw all this yourself?"

>Point out the travel route. "This is kind of terrain I'll need to cross to get back to Yuuka's."

Dunno if you've already considered this, but it might be a good idea to leave Kyouko on the outside of Yuuka's garden, just to make sure she doesn't trespass and get caught in the tetchy crossfire. And it'd be best to tell Kyouko such up-front, so she know's what she's getting into.
