Haveing Problems Getting Touhou Project~The Last Comer to Work.HELP NEEDED!!!

So here's the thing I want to play this and I don't have the foggiest on how to get it work.

Can anybody how they got there game to work specifically?

My computer is in Japanese locale so I know that's not the problem since I have the newer version of Danmafuku ph3.

That's the problem. To run this script, you need Danmakufu 0.12m, an older version. 0.12 and ph3 are not compatible with each other, which is why this isn't working in ph3.
