>You remove your earmuffs. You can sense her desires very clearly, and they are familiar, making it easy to navigate through them. The details of her plan come to you easily, it seems she has planned to try to enact what she believes you wish: attempting to unify the humans of Gensokyo under a single authority.  This involves seeking out a worthy individual, which is has found, with regalia and power that she feels is necessary to this. Then sending this person is sent out to achieve several great feats, in hopes of convincing people that to rally toward her banner. It seems that defeating Reimu is a significant part of this plan, as she is something of a lynchpin that keeps people from organizing further.

'Her'? There goes the wacky Canus theory. Probably Shinny in that case ("small" amount of trouble, tee hee), or maybe Meira.

EDIT: Or, God forbid, Flandre.

At least I called the thief way back when. Admiration points from Futojiko incoming!

Can't put up a proper command cause college but I wanted to say that I think it's either Shinmyoumaru or Seija (probably the former since she does kind of lead the "revolution" in DDC, which seems to be what Seiga wants.

My main reservation about saying "yep, it's Shinny" is that I don't know if Seiga would entrust this task to a non-human. (Seija is out entirely, for a few reasons.) I'm also not sure what use Shinny would have for our sword. Meira might actually fit the bill because she's human and possibly bitter about how Gensokyo's demographic has shifted (and possibly a former noble herself).
