Anywho regarding midbosses; what about the fairy that throws words (or at least weird Kanji) at you in SoEW Stage 2? I'm tempted to label her with a name and grant her 'the power to throw her voice'

Also, how is it that we've gone this far with the only mention of Shinki being the fact that she has an awesome(ly dizzying) background? Seriously! She's my favourite of the PC-98 cast. T_T

That's because (technically speaking) Shinki is actually well known in the Touhou community, just like Mima. We're (supposedly) focusing on characters who have even more obscurity then the two of them.
But I will agree/approve of your selection as Shinki being your favorite, as you can see you're not alone on that decision *points to avatar*

Kanako calls her "Nameless Otaku." It's as good a name as any.
