I'm actually super underwhelmed by both. Awoken Mei is good, but has a lot of downsides as a sub compared to G/L, and that active change is fucking inexcusable.

Pretty as hell and we all know I have the meis to go around.

Honestly, like I keep telling Thaws to with all of these bastets that keep getting changed, I guess I have to deal with it. Shiva isn't a waifu like bastet, literally my only hope is the ronia brigade.

The ronia brigade long has since had a new husbando.

It's 7 combo for 4.5x, with a 4 combo min which is good, but like. Bastet exists. What are you doing. Run her instead. You can get that 4.5x in 5.

Red TPA options do exist, but they're mostly pretty poor. They're substantially smaller than any other color too because red doesn't fucking do prongs.

Half of your best options are in the padcademy rem, so have fun with that.

A team of Kagu, Cao Cao, MiniChiyome, and Urd would actually be pretty strong, honestly.

The main problems are A) Rcv is in GENERAL red's weakness, while boosting it is nice, having a 0 rcv leader is significantly less useful. B) Active still really trash, and awakenings are far far less baller these days C) Bastet. D) Literally anyone with a current shiva team is absolutely fucked. Your team will not work with this ultimate, and you've been savoring for this upgrade because your leader has been trash for a while.

E) Literally your only options for FL are Urd and Shiva.

He's at best mediocre, and at worst frankly an insult to people who were waiting for this.

On a personal level, I'm really frustrated to have my entire team completely made worthless, especially after the amazing upgrades Egypt 1.0 got.

I'm considering just feeding Shiva away if this sticks. So yeah, it's kind of that bad.

I wonder. Suzaku + Chiyome, Urd+Cao Cao or Urd+Red Valk. All of those peeps have at least one TPA. I don't see why you can't use at least -a- Ronia, since she'll usually net at least three TPAs worth of red orbs.

Bastet has more sheer power, sure. That's what Egyptian does. Shiva has less brute force, but he also provides an auxiliary multiplier. While in this case, by default, it's underwhelming, but they make a huge difference once you start adding +eggs.

A fully +297'd team will sport +1782 in RCV altogether. With Shiva's multiplier? That's +4001. Pretty big considering that Red mobs tend to have inflated attack or HP values - Shiva in this case has inflated ATK and HP.

I'm assuming at 6 combos, Shiva will have a 2.5x multiplier from combos, for a total of 3.75x (14.05x with dual Shiva) Even if you're going up the row route, getting six combos with three rows is totally viable and is what Ronia has been doing since her ult. Former Shiva might have had those extra four rows, but he's also got only 2/3rds of Awoken Shiva's damage by default at that point, and doesn't have a bonus multiplier.

bastet has far more options altogether, including better support subs and damage options is the main thing, you're more likely to have a good green prong set than red prong.

Especially when you consider what you listed are basically -the- red prong subs. And one of them is a godfest exclusive, and the other a 6* i've been chasing for how long now?

I don't buy into +297 hypes. Actually recovering on shiva sounds nice though, I'll admit.

Legend is infinitely harder because Isis and Osiris die too quickly. On the other hand, you don't have a row heal that won't get hit by Isis, so you can't stall out 5 turns on Mythical without Ronia's RCV boost.

If you're incredibly careful about matching green orbs on Legend Isis, you can probably stall on her a while. Make sure to move all the dark orbs that appear during Osiris into the columns and center row.

On the other hand, the extra dark orbs that appear in Osiris will probably just fall and match themselves anyways. It's just luck based.

While Mythical was an easy no-stone rocking this much RCV because I could fully heal off just the two heart columns, Legend might just be too quick and Medjed will inevitably heartbreak followed by a gravity.

Well... I'm definitely rocking less RCV due to no hypermaxes on my team and well, Lu Bu. But I may have to do Mythical if it's that much harder. I have Hades for Gravity and Lu Bu for burst, so I may be able to Ronia + Beelz + Lu Bu instakill on Medjed. Maybe? I dunno. :/

This Legend shit is too hard.

I'm trying my absolute best not to damage Osiris. Considering you have less wood damage than me, you can probably stall on Mythical Isis a little longer if you can heal out Ronia's bind.

Medjedra's leader swap is preemptive, so if Byakko gets brought to the leader position you don't have any blues to proc her. Just be careful.

If you just want to do this once to uvo Bastet or something, I could recommend just stoning on Mythical sometime (preferably after Isis's fire-bind) just to clear that 99 turn bind. Everything is pretty trivial when you can actually use skills.
