Apologies for the long and unexpected delay, folks. The family had a couple of medical issues that took my time and attention away from this site, culminating in me developing a migraine from which I'm only now mostly recovered from.

For the most part, yes. At least, I think so. Without getting into all the gory details, one of the issues was more psychological than physical, and those never seem to be as straightforward. But at the very least, the worst is over, so I at least am resting easier.
