Theoretically, we won't smack into the bullet passing us by, because it will be moving too fast and getting out of our way as we move. Ideally, we should start moving as soon as the bullet is on the line formed if one were to draw a straight line through both of our shoulders.

>Not really. Your attacks tend to be fairly direct in those senses. The closest you have is firing danmaku from nondirect sources.
