yes you will surely get hit by fire bullets and laser if you stay in the ice.

but when the ice freezing and you move along  it , you will be invincible?

AFAIK Cirno can die if you hit bullets while in the ice.

Not entirely sure about this, though.

I've seen players die like that before in scoreruns (suiciding during a freeze to avoid canceling freezable bullets by the death). Possibly on that exact phase.

It's certainly possible during the invincibility period after dying, though.
