They're separate events. The regular annual one in Tokyo is in May. The date for the special one in Taiwan hasn't been decided yet.

I misread it seems. I thought Reitaisai was on Saturday and a Taiwan Reitaisai was on Sunday, which confused me.

Guessing I am going to start looking for plane tickets.

The sculptor of the figure being interviewed is Ano MEGAro.

The blogger behind Touhou Memory did writeups for his visit to A-Button and Touhou Art Festival, and Autumn Reitaisai. Lots of pictures to look at in his articles.

For him, the highlight of Autumn Reitaisai was meeting someone who knew ZUN as a high school student, and meeting other people who have been avid reporters of Touhou news.

Sharon, another important news source in the community, had an impressive collection, containing things like the two demo discs of IaMP, and the 4 posters of the second Reitaisai:

According to ads in this month's Comic REX magazine, Vol. 5 of Touhou Ibarakasen ~ Wild and Horned Hermit. will be released on Dec 27. The next issue of Comic REX will again come with a replacement cover for Vol. 5.

Book signing in the afternoon of Dec 27, in Melonbooks Akihabara No.1, attendants must preorder the book at the store before Dec 13.

Because the advertisement used images of WaHH Vol. 4, we still don't know what Vol. 5 looks like.

As reminder: next issue of Febri, containing Chapter 26 of WaHH, will be released on Dec 17.

The limited edition of FS Vol. 3, the one with the Kosuzu figure, will be released on Dec 10.

The normal edition of FS Vol. 3 will be released on Dec 26.

Sorry for using this place for my own problems, but for various reasons, it's the place where I interact with you the most often. I've just now had a rather nasty case of bone fracture. My mind is still sound, but there're lots of treatments to go through. So, not available and stuff.

It's really about time I think about what I've been doing with my life, lol.

A childhood fracture on my thigh bone had not recovered as well as I thought. It snapped at an impact that would normally leave a bruise. They say it's curable.

A few months ago, a ZUN-signed "Touhou complete set" appeared in a Mandrake store in Tokyo, with the asking price of 1 million yen.

It seems this is No.3 of several sets given as prizes to the audience at ZUN's Dawn of Touhou speech in 2004. The set contains important pieces of Touhou history such as the C62 CD-R version of Dolls in Pseudo Paradise, the C63 demo of PCB, and the C66 flyer for IN.

Now, a Japanese fan has bought the set with 0.92 million yen, and posted its photos online.

Also Amazon has updated info on FS Vol. 3: cover for limited edition, price (780 + 62 yen) for regular.

My surgery is tomorrow. Involves replacing benign tumor with bone implants (2nd time since the childhood fracture).

Also, steel plates for fixation (the childhood surgery wrapped my waist in gypsum instead...)
