Ah, congrats!

I tried running Legend earlier with my healer team. Everything was perfectly fine until Eternal Thirst bound my friend's I&I and I proceeded to take a Flame Pillar to the face.
Ouch.  Yeah, if you have any water monsters she'll do that.  I forget if you habe a leveled Echidna, but if you do, on Legend you can delay her on her first turn, giving you at least 4 turns to take out her red bar. I hope you can eat am over-18 hit if you do though since her dark HP introduces High Kick.

Then you want to get her to low HP where she uses 'Released Magical Power'.  Unload everything there and hope she dies, since if she moves after that...

No Orchid drop again on Master difficulty :fail:

Have you tried doing Legend with bastet/bastet and putting all your light stuff in your team? You should be able to one-shot Orchid with Verche+theLightKnight2.5xHealerThing+CTW, since over half your light stuff are healers anyways. Problem would be battle 5 and 9 but you have spreadcat so that helps.

Apparently JP's next update will also bring a change in active of some evolve materials (They named Golden Gatekeeper and Devilrit and implied there might be more). Golden Gatekeeper is probably too difficult of a skillup for a crappy PADZ mon, Devilrit is probably because of DMeta's Ult-evo.
People are speculating what these two will get changed to. Ganesha didn't get his skillup from Light Inscet Dragon, so Ganesha/Durga sounds likely (fits the elements too).
 People are worried trifruits will get changed to the Norns' skills eventually :V

Does anyone know what the odds of getting a Great or Super power-up fusion are? I've been cramming jewel dragons into Sun Quan as fast as I can get my hands on them for the last several days and I don't believe I've seen even one. It occurs that I don't know what the rates actually are. I'd guess 10%/5% with double drops maybe.

People don't tend to realize how useful she is for newer players too.

Older players are kind of dicks, to be honest.

I used Siren helpers occasionally when I was starting out, but they were mostly from new players as well. How often is it necessary to have Amaterasu over Siren or something else more available to beginners?

It sucks that the two-leader system is only available to people who don't need the help, and that it automatically displays the last-used team first rather than the first-slot one. That way of doing it makes putting out beginner-friendly leaders a lot harder. I have some IRL beginner friends who message me occasionally asking for my Valkyrie and it's unfortunate that they can't just see her all the time like people who are high enough rank that they probably don't want to use a Valkyrie leader can.

Trifuits: Norns (Welp :V bingo)

There isn't a way anymore! They're all certifiably fucked now and will probably be shifted to something idiotic and massively hard to get or use (looking at you, chasers and jewels).

Or just make them collab skillups only because fuck you, that's why

They don't have a counter argument for not introducing a new skill-up fodder though.

It's not that bad. That's a much shorter wait than waiting for collabs.
Also the more things it skills up, the more chance the other stuff you get from the same dungeon won't be useless. (Trifruits in particular.)
I don't have neither Orochi nor Nut, so blue masks are still a nuisance while I try to skill up my avalon :V
Though it'd suck if you're trying to skill up two things with the same skillup mat.

Third round of balancing has begun. Here's what we know so far.

Athena: MAX Skill CD now 7 turns
Guan Yinping: Active skill additionally heals 25% Max HP
Okuninushi: Active skill additionally enhances Dark attribute monsters by x1.15
Light Zhuge Liang: Leader skill no longer buffs Water HP by x1.35, instead it increases ATK by x4.5 at full HP instead of x4.0. Active skill now heals by x10 of his HPinstead of x4.

The hp requirement is still kinda ass though.

All it takes is a 1 turn boss that hits hard enough and you have some issues. Overall though? Yeah LZL is suddenly very hype.

Overall his pool of subs is still not amazing though, which really helps. Rei is his best unless you stick in a casual LKali.

I hate to say it, but a huge multiplier is kinda what it would take to make light healer something again.

EDIT:

yeah, apparently it was x4 of his HP before, now it's x10. For most Healer teams that means when you pop LZL's active you pretty much are guaranteed to fully heal and be ready to activate that x4.5 LS

It's x10 of his recovery.
That's 7k without plus eggs and 10k with plus eggs though, easily dealing with pre-empts. Also can actually kill stuff with his 20.25x multiplier and TPAs.
Rolling him is still extremely unlikely though (6 star godfes exclusives...) but at least he might be getting to the level of worthing that low probability of pulling. (Is he actually on par with Blue/Red Odins, Sonias, DMeta, DKali, etc now?)

That isn't so bad, I guess - considering the frequency normal people can obtain these things in the first place. They need to just make it skill up multiple dudes at all times if this is going to be the case, though.

This seemed ridiculous for a second there, but if they cycle skillups every couple of weeks to month then I don't really see a huge downside. More skilluppables is great.

On another note, do we know why there's no red equivalent for Twinlits/Ancient Masks?

Keeper of the Gold. Sort of.

He adds fire to guys like Raph/Ama/Satan etc, though there's not one that's main red which is indeed weird.

Oh yeah, I suppose so. I always assumed he was generic like Ancient Mask or Dub-Mythlit because all of the colored golems use him, but he adds light to them all, so I guess he is tied to color. So then I guess the odd one out is black, which only has Devilit. And then there's Amon (and possibly others, but I could only quickly find Amon) who eats a Gold Keeper but neither has nor gains red or white. Weird.

Edit: Disregard, Amon does gain white. It's early. :V
