You can access the Japanese PS3/4 online store by creating a new Playstation Network account and stating that you're from Japan. You can find a guide with pictures here.

well i guess as of touhou 14 the theme of the new Arc seems to be "Revolutions and Unusual events in Gensokyo", or something like that, after all... :)
