Siren Fantasia - So cute you'll die

Siren Fantasia is a game for the iOS/Android devices similar to P&D except the core matching mechanic is entirely different. Instead of manipulating a single orb to match 3 or more orbs of the same color, you rotate cards around a central point to match 3 or more cards of the same color that are adjacent to each other. Like PAD and other games of its ilk, it's 100% free to play, but you may acquire some premium features through pieces of chocolate. That's right. The cash currency in Siren Fantasia are pieces of chocolate. It allows you to expand your bookcase (PAD has monster eggs and the box, Siren Fantasia has spell books and the bookcase), increase your total number of friends, and gives you more shots at the Premium Summon (this game's REM equivalent).

Unlike PAD, the PEM (Friend Summon) may occasionally give you some really powerful spell books if you are lucky, and it is much easier to collect evolution materials though this game has far more emphasis on them than in PAD. The majority of characters you'll be able to control are disgustingly cute girls ranging from your typical warrior ladies, to witches and sorceresses, to even deities. Hell, even the non-humanoid characters are cute and flavorful too - you'll even get to meet a musclebound man with a koala's head, bathing in a tub of money!

Currently, the only database I've found with an extensive (but still incomplete) compendium of data is here (Japanese only warning). For new players: You cannot scum the free REM roll because your ID is tied to your SNS account. Fortunately the majority of what you can get from REM are competent or can evolve into those characters.

Oh, and one last thing: Stamina in this game refreshes every 5 minutes, meaning it's 2x faster than PAD!

Mary - If you pull her from PEM, evolve her to "Phantom Mary", her Black Hole skill is 30% Gravity damage.

Angels (Flaire/Wynter/Verdie) + Templars (Prina/Noura) - If you get any of these in your free REM roll, don't be too discouraged if it wasn't a gold star, they're still excellent physical attackers and are easily capable of hitting quad digits on their own with a good combo. They mesh really well in mono-color teams and their actives are just splendid.

Alright, played it a bit. It takes a bit of getting used to. Don't know how much I'll play it, little too cutesy for me, though I knew that going in. Is there any point in hoarding stuff, or should I just blow it as I go.

Some trash mobs become super great, and the side-chest mobs are solidish. On chocolate- My advice is to spend like 5 on bookcase expansion, roll a few times, then save.

Hmm...how good is Brawler Erin? She's only 4 stars, so I imagine she's not that great.

She looks pretty good actually, red spear is plenty useful and break gate is really good actually. If you manage to roll a ruby golem you'll have both gates on the same color and could run a pretty delicious mono-color.

(i forget if erin has +25% or 50%, but break gate makes her p.good)

also unno if she evolves again to 5*, but she looks solid as hell.

We've no idea about the events, I cleared one on the lowest level and got...mostly trash. There appears to be a good one coming up on the seventh (OTTERKON SIREN FANTASIA PARTY WHERE), though.

I could do some research after i undo a fuck up and get another light cat pot. stage 50 is p.rough

okay on event dungeons:

Theres a bunch coming up sixth and seventh, one being a descended with 100% drop.

Lv4 event dungeons right now are pretty damn rough, but seem doable. I just...need levels, I guess. Eck.

Abuse the fuck out of ゲリラ dungeons like Witch Training Center and Zuma; their drops will provide a LOT of Experience for your spell book.

For example my Light girl starter now almost max level, I can definitely evolve her by end of this week for Light Empress LiLy, it will be strong. And I was able to spend 100,000 Mana (yes... 100K Mana...) to evolve one of my Red spell books, I may pick her as a helper at some point but people may benefit from my Noura more.

Sent~ I've got a 4 star Jiangshi Jiangshee, an Ice Shell Mantis, and a Crybaby Saya from the premium summon so far. Which would be the best helper?

Crybaby Saya can evolve twice, finalizing into Steel Knight Saya who is very powerful for Mono-Green team, because of her 75% boost to G attribute books, and her active Overrun which is a 150% boost to all attackers for 1 turn.

I've been playing this game for a while, mostly since I can't play P&D.
I've been using chocolates mostly on library size, since I've been hoarding evo materials like crazy even if I got nothing to evolve at the moment.
The only notable cards I got to from chocolate rolls are Maneuvering Cortina and Wicked Dolphina. Currently I'm using Dolphina as a helper due to being higher level and the passive, but I guess in overall strenght Cortina is better.

One problem is that I don't really have a good fire-type card yet. I've been grinding Scarlet Trajectory lately without success, but I don't know if the boss drop is worth it. Even then, I wouldn't be able to put in much right now since my current party cards are too costly for my level.

I don't know exactly which level it is, but I'm stuck fighting against the Fire Empress boss. I should probably try to get more water cards to use for this, I suppose.

With Chaore's Sunshine Goddess Azalea, I barely break 4000 HP, which should be enough to get me through this gauntlet of stages, if I'm not too busy harvesting event dungeons and evolution mat dungeons instead :V

Are the treasure chests on the map supposed to drop a girl the first time you complete them? The first blue, red, and light nodes did, but the green node afterwards didn't drop anything aside from regular mobs.

The early ones do, but after like the first green area or so, you just get a piece of chocolate. The side paths reward you with a spellbook character though.

Incidentally, I picked up the fire started from the friend points summon. Hooray, I guess? With 30 spaces total in my bookshelf and 4 chocolates, should I save up for a fifth for another premium summon or should I dump them into bookshelf space?

Relatedly, I believe that the times in the game may adjust automatically to your timezone, which is rather nice. Or atleast, the news section is definitely giving me EST times.

Yeah, I was talking about the green side path (the nodes that change to circles after you finish them). Was there supposed to be a spellbook character there?
