Personally, I think it's a buff, because I don't see why anyone would use Beelzebub to enhance blue orbs when Wadatsumi and Aldebaran running around, assuming they were unlucky with Kraken.

I thought they just meant they might drop in their evolved forms now for easier skill upping.
