Cant load Touhou 11-13 and Crash on Touhou 9

The message above was what I got when I tried to start th11 and th12 in the folder.
I'm honestly new to PC and Touhou playing so don't call me a Nine or all that please.Please include steps on what to do.

Any help is needed,thanks!I did set my locale to Japanese,I believe so.My PC is a Windows HP Vista.Another question:Touhou 9 crashed during gameplay during stage 3.Any solutions Eirin?

You probably don't have write permissions to the folder, as said. Trying checking the folder and file permissions.

I was quite surprised when I encountered the same problem (and I had set my locale to Japanese when I first installed it).
For a while I was wondering if I somehow messed up something during installation considering that TH10 works perfectly fine for me and then that happened.
Fortunately, I did manage to fix it thanks to this thread.

   I was able to access the properties,thanks.Apparently the checks are greyed on Allow,but nothing on deny(I'm really that bad)

If I got it right, you're trying to run the game directly from the rar archive. Extract the game somewhere and try to run it again.

Extracted it and tried to run it.It just gives me the Windows TH12e.exe has stopped working as same as TD and SA.My locale is Japanese,like above.

Actually, you don't need Japanese locale for English patched game.

1) Try to run the game in administration mode. You can do it if you right-click on the game executable and select "Run as administrator" or something like that.
2) Try to run non-translated game in Japanese locale if there is one. Usually, they don't have 'e' letter after number in game executable's name (for example 'Th12.exe').
3) Just in case - did you extract the whole content of the game, not just game executable?

    I did try to extract WinRAR to the desktop,but after it's done,it doesn't show.I think it's because I'm new to the world of computers(Hence the Neophyte rank of mine,haha).Im starting to learn how to extract,thanks.I did try to run it after putting it in the new folder,but the "Not working" is the message of what I got.The permissions are on allowed,I just found out.The Japanese game has the same result,also.Ten Desires doesn't work also.
Long story short,I am new to the Extracting thing. :3
An extremely specific step guide would help,mostly because I'm really a Nine.

First of all, I'd remove comment after the picture for your sake otherwise it usually leads to bad things on this forum.

Second, I see the folder (is it the one in the middle of the screen?) but I can't see its content and where it's located. Can you open that folder (and resize the window because it's too small to see anything there)?
