So anyway... I exit the Patchouli battle with FIVE LIVES after having gotten through her nonspells unscathed, and capturing both Metal Fatigue and Water Elf. As I finish off Sakuya, I have ONE FREAKING LIFE LEFT!!! I manage to reach Remilia, who just pretty much goes, "You're not worth my time" and blasts me with her first nonspell. Yay.

Okay, so I reach Murasa with seven lives, no bombs. I manage to avoid dying until her third nonspell. I come out of her battle with five lives, reach Shou with... I think four. I get finished off as Shou's third card is ending... Gaah...

So I just finished recording my LP of EoSD (WORST PLAYTHROUGH EVER, I DIED ON ONE OF RUMIA'S NONCARDS)...and the game sound didn't record. So I get to do it again, WITHOUT SUCKING IT UP this time, because OHGODWHATTHEHELL.

Why is MoF the easiest to 1cc again?

Trying to 1cc on Hard, I could do default lives on EoSD, IN and PCB with some more attempts, but MoF is just.....rage.
Stage 1, cool, Stage 2, cool.
Nitori - 2 lives lost. Back to default 3.
Stage 4 - constant walling, WTF midboss. Aya is rather easy compared to the stage.
Stage 5 - I can barely 1cc it here. Thank god for the hueg bomb stock, as Sanae's cards never seem to give me more than 2 pixels of safety.

If I could make it to Kanako with 4 lives, I would pretty much win(If I wouldn't clip VoWG 2 times like I did just now)
But the stage 4 walls......they make me cry. I couldn't make it past that on Lunatic through continue spam.(wanted to see VoWG, lol)

Oh yeah, I forgot. Yesterday I was playing IN extra with someone OTHER than the border team (decided I've played it a bit too much with broken team and now that I've beaten it no deaths I may as well play with others), I really sucked with the Ghost team. I ended up doing that impossible thing where I game overed as Mokou was exploding. Then I went back again and trashed her but still...

Also, the border team gets a bad reputation for breaking the extra stage, but I don't see why. Yuyuko and her wide shot break it just as badly, arguably even worse.

Am i the only one who considers "breaking the stage" a good thing in an extra stage? I only go there for the boss. Not for restarting because of mistakes in the stage.

Actually, the stage might as well not even be there. SA Extra Stage-portion was part of the reason i stopped caring about SA Extra. The stage is easy enough but very monotonous and getting clipped is likely to occur.

- How I don't understand yet how flying works, making a lot of spellcards almost completely impossible to dodge (lol juggle). Maybe I should just stay on the ground and take a little damage all the time, but that's boring.

- How I seem to backdash all the time when trying to go forward. Because the bullets don't disappear in Story Mode, backdashing is a sure way to get hit everytime.

- How Reisen is so damn useless.

In case it's not very obvious by now, I completely freaking suck at SWR and it pisses me off whenever I want to play.

VoWG is a real bastard to beat. The best way of clearing it is to stay under Kanako as often as you can and to leave it as late as possible to start bombing - if you do that, you can have the card down to 30-40% health before the waves start overlapping in a way that's difficult to dodge and necessitate bombing. Other than that, don't give up, it'll all be worth it when you manage it.

Imperishable Night extra stage. the final spell card with only 3 bombs left, I gave everything I had and it went better than spell practice, and then with about 10 seconds left till death I get hit by one of those retarded moving ball chains and die >.< soooo close!

And as a bonus, UFOs which lure you into bullet walls.

I'd say if you can make it out with 4 and a half of a life, you've got a good run :V

Though SA extra is harder IMO:p

First attempt at MoF Hard in a month. Reach Kanako with 3 lives in stock. Died to whatever Yamato Torus is called on Hard, but that's kind of normal. But then, I died twice to Kanako's non-spell right after it. I got surprised by how much harder this is compared to the Lunatic one. In the second phase, the purple knives are harder to see, and you can't clear it by tapping to the sides. And the third phase gives you nice lines that are easy to read on Lunatic.

Reached VoGW 0/4.00 and died when she had 1/4 of her health left.

My first death occured in post-Momiji spam, so I'm still much better than before, when I died twice in stage 3 every time.

I'm just gonna follow the crowd here and say I've been Q.E.D.'d my fair share, too. <_< Happened to me most recently after I had just perfected the entire rest of the stage. I'm thinking it actually actively and maliciously tries to piss people off by killing you at the worst possible moments after you think you're in the clear.

I actually clear that non-card without a bomb.

You can just tap to run from the red knives and then "skip" a purple one when you get the chance, that way you never get hit by them.

I really freaked out at stage 6... I used two bombs in a row during the stage, in VoWG you can see I used a bomb for no reason at all other than that I was shaking too much, and then I died with a bomb in stock... I could have cleared with 2 more bombs I think...
