So, I failed my UFO Hard 1cc at Legendary Flying Saucer on its final phase with a bomb in stock. I had just previously died on her zig-zag card with two bombs in stock from a bullet I didn't even see. I'm raging pretty hard. :V

So, I've been trying to play UFO Normal instead of Easy... Barely manage to ever get past stage 4, and the furthest I've gotten is Shou's 2nd nonspell. Ichirin's first and final cards are FREAKING HARD on Normal mode, and I'm actually capable of dying to her midboss and 2nd cards. Oh, and her 2nd nonspell is really annoying too >.<

And then there's Murasa... She's like fifty billion times harder on Normal than Easy .-. I am now often dying to her NONspells, as well as all her cards. I can occasionally capture her first and third, though the anchor on the first keeps getting me, and the third is tough. However, her second card is a FREAKING NIGHTMARE that gets a reaction of "SPARK! FREAKING MASTER SPARK! DIEDIEDIEDIEDIEDIEDIEDIEDIEDIE!!!!!" (Marisa A ftw!) every single time... Survival card is annoying if just for how long you have to survive, but can't really compare to her second card in sheer "WHAT THE FREAKING HELL!?" factor IMO...

I think i'm starting to hate Stage 6 UFO. On freaking Normal difficulty. I hate her final spellcard and that non-spell where she moves around the screen. Also, Flying Fantastica. That one sucks big time as well!

Yeah. Final spellcard... hate the way the amulets clusters together at the end. Makes me want to kill someone.

Also. Just a slight annoyance compared to Byakurin (Bakarin, lol). When playing VoWG there seem to be a random factor to it that decides if you capture the card or not. Sometimes you'll get throw so many overlapping waves in your direction that you can't get around them and the only way to survive is to go through the seals. When things are moving at that speed it feels painfully cheap. When the spell doesn't do that its a godly experience but it BS occurs. (Well, some people probably don't have problems going through that gap but i find it unfair still...)

I did a Marisa A 1cc just after reading this post. The fact that you can't see immediately above you (because of Marisa's lasers) is immensely annoying, and caused at least two of the deaths in this run. That and an absolute NIGHTMARE start against Syou caused me to go from 7-8 lives in stock at the end of stage 4 to 1 after Byakuren.

Fantasica is serious bullshit when you can't see what's right above you.

I hate Byakuren. Why must her last card ALWAYS end every 1cc I ever do, except for the fluke I pulled with Sanae A to unlock extra?

Speaking of last cards, I'm sick of Nue killing me with hers as well. I've reached it no less than five times....

KIDDING ME?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I reach Ichirin with 8 lives, which is absolutely freaking amazing. Then, due to lag, (my BRAND NEW computer is pure evil...) I'm ending up looking at my FPS instead of around my hitbox, and die to her FIRST FREAKING NON-SPELL!!!! I also die to her first spell too... Most of the rest of the run is a blur, but I beat Ichirin with five lives left, end up getting a freaking RAINBOW UFO when I'm trying to get a red because some stupid blue or green one is in the way, I die to the midboss... I think I had three or four lives upon reaching Murasa. I don't remember what happened on her nonspells or her first, but I somehow managed to capture that nightmarish 2nd card, and I died to her third. I was finished off by her survival card, by a bullet that should NOT have hit me...

And now I'm so frustrated that I literally feel sick... And out of energy... Gaah...

So, I decided to try some SA Easy since UFO Normal was pure infinite hell, see if I could 1cc it. I almost did it too. Except, I messed up against Satori's first spell card, and Orin's Stage 6 midboss card. I also made the mistake of trying to dodge Utsuho's fourth card instead of bombspamming it... Gaah... Well, I'm gonna try again, maybe I'll actually do it this time...

I know Shikieiki in PoFV lunatic is supposed to be all-powerful and stuff but this is ridiculous.
I've gotten perfect runs of Aya and Komachi twice, but then Shikieiki takes off five lives and I gameover.
Isn't the AI supposed to be easier after it wins a few times? No matter what I do she gets to the last half-heart and then will not die. Then her EX combined with her boss attacks (I spend more time in one than not) eventually smother me.

What is it about EoSD? I bomb when I really don't need to, often don't bomb when I do, often die to Rumia and Cirno, always bomb and/or die to Rainbow Wind Chime because it makes me dizzy when it changes directions...

In this particular run, I actually do okay early on, and even in most of stage 4... And yet, I end up deathbombing Koakuma (What the hell?! Koakuma is easy...) end up just bombspamming Patchouli, get my lives ripped through at the beginning of stage 5, yet somehow manage to make it all the way to Remilia.

I feel your pain. Change your mode to hard, remove all instances of bombing (I strangely never bomb to save myself), and include more stupid deaths to Rumia and Cirno, and that's me.

...I hate my computer. My FPS kept changing randomly, one moment it would be up at sixty-five, the next it would be in the thirties...

Also, I ended up timing out Gorgeous Sweet Flower, missing the Extend, I died to knife fairies on Stage 3, but I somehow managed to capture Meiling's first two spell cards... I got utterly destroyed on stage 4 because I was seriously raging over my computer and couldn't concentrate on the game... Gaah...

And on an unrelated note... How is it that when I'm uber-epic-failing, I often manage to capture the cards that give me the most trouble? .-. I epic-failed on this run, but captured Rainbow Wind Chime, and epic failed on a UFO run, yet somehow managed to capture Murasa's absolute nightmare second card... *sigh*

I played Touhou 3 times yesterday.

Died at Byakuren's final spell with Mari B normal (the only char I'm left to 1cc normal with).
Died at Yukari's last spell with Sakuya A Phantasm (what would have been first Phantasm 1cc).
Died at Remilia's last spell with Mari A hard on EoSD (what would have been first EoSD hard 1cc).

Pretty rage day for me...
Giving it a days rest. Hopefully tomorrow will be better

Survival Card. Died at 0 (!) seconds on the second (!!!) time I encountered the card..
Final Card. Almost captured it and died on the final phase. On first (!!!!!) try I got so far.

To be honest I really hate SA. The chars are so weak and it doesn't feel fun. Did a 1cc with Reimu A/C on normal and left it at that.

Recenty a friend led me onto the vsync patch though. Now I'll all about the older games. Though I still can't beat Phantasm or EoSD extra heh.

At least now it feels like MY fault, not the keyboards fault.

EDIT: Happened again, but this time, replace "300,000" with "200,000" and the fairies with midboss Sakuya's spellcard... Gaah... I was like ONE FREAKING SECOND away from capping it and getting an extend T_T
