How to make English and Vsync patches work together?

I've just reinstalled MoH and I was wondering how I can make both English patch and Vsync patch work together?

Whenever I run vpatch.exe, it would be in Japanese and at the same time, when I run th10e it won't have vsync features.
I remember I was able to use both patches where I could use English and vsync at the same time though I forgot how you suppose to configure them

Rename the English patch's exe file to the Japanese exe file (rename the Japanese to anything you want), and the vsync patch will run with the patch instead of the original. When it comes to EoSD, make sure you copy the name of the original so you can replicate the Japanese.
