I... I think there might be a glitch with row enhance? I've been trying to iron out the exact numbers and I almost got it but there seems to be an extra multiplier coming out of nowhere.

The first row matched in the Satan fight gave Sonia 16922 fire attack, which means all the orb enhances and row enhances and stuff added about 6.2 x damage to Sonia's base 2370 attack
1.75 for the row of 6 orbs * 1.36 for the + enhance * 1.60 for the row enhance is only 3.8x
BUT if you add another 1.6 then you get 6.09x (close enough)

which is leading me to thing that row enhances are glitched and the dark row enhance multiplier is also being applied to fire damage even though it should only apply to it's own element.

of course i might just be missing something but man too much damage

well even without this 'glitch' she'd still do a million damage :V

Hera's first two are really trash and she's only +50 attack.

And well, Baddie works on all devil teams while hera-ur could be replaced (And was by super hera) so good call!

Meanwhile, Isis can still do millions of damage too, but only if you get a really good combo and it still only hits for like half the damage of Sonia

Don't the row enhances only get applied on the final pre-damage boost though? So the first row being 16922 is before row enhances are applied.

I know that damage from +orbs is applied immediately, and the sparkly animation for row enhance happens as soon as the orbs are consumed so I'm guessing they work similarily

also if that wasn't the case then x2.56 damage is just coming out of nowhere

I'd test it but all of my pad devices are out of battery, including my iPAD. >_< But I'm pretty sure that I've had experiences where I match a 6x row without my DMeta multiplier active and I get that boost at the end signifying that a multiplier has been applied.

Not to mention you need all color on the board. Also that's abusing type weakness, I saw a 700k in there so that's not bad at all.

Slimes basically do a lot of work though, especially when combined with x16 bonuses.

Isis getting a secondary type was a bit unneeded though, jeez. The egyptian ultis didn't really seem like great ideas in general.

Atleast they didn't give horus a secondary type :v

I had a feeling this might have been the case.. if you look at the damage right before boost it's around like 100k, and gets boosted to like 1-1.5 mil. Which makes no sense if it's 6.25 x row x 3.

Still, impressive amount of damage. Really wish I had a red Sonia now, hoping I get it in some godfest down the line. According to someone's DMeta calc, you can basically oneshot any boss in the game with Sonia + Hanzo + Orb Enhance + Row enhances.

also another thing about Sonia is that holy shit 1875 attack. With +99 +orbs it's 2370 which is twice as strong as most other gods so basically its like she gets a free x2 multiplier from stats alone.

same goes for dark meta and her 1881 attack

Also Yomi, ROdin, Some of the PDZ dudes, Even then seeing 1500 attacks getting pretty common on newer dudes- even the heroic gods have 1250ish all around.

edit: also yeah i'm kinda devaluing horusu now a bit. Clearly they need to buff him with a secondary type B) (Just kidding, I'll just nab Izanagi.)

EditEdit: i do not actually suggest izanagi, bothering with a modifier when you already have x25 isn't really great anyway and the diversity is pretty much better.

i think binds and poison are the only things that dont require an orb match to tick down

which is perfect because i can both stall for unbinding and then immediately kill the tamadra with poison without having to mess up my perfect board

Also, I thought poison did require orb matching.
