You know I can just imagine the enemy's face when they THINK I'm a braindead Zolock and then I start pulling out Shadow Bolts; Hellfires; Siphon Soul ERF's and take them to lategame. This is a CONTROL Warlock that's not a braindead 'play every card in your hand' Zoolock.

The eggs hatching from the Hellfires is simply a bonus designed to be anti-aggro.

Just beat this Pally who was spamming THANK YOU after everything I did in a long game where I just kept healing myself and clearing with Hellfires. He finally realised he was in trouble after the 2nd Hellfire which wiped out 5 minions and started spamming 'JUSTICE DEMANDS RETRIBUTION' instead.

Needless to say; when I double Power Overwhelming'ed an ERF at the end of the game into a 12/12 and smashed his face in [It was Argus'ed] I gave him a thank you as well.

Finally beat the pain in the ass known as Heroic Gothik using a freeze/Taunt mage deck.

Also, got a Cenarius in a recent pack.  I currently have 14 rares, 31 epics, and 22 legendaries left until I have every (non-golden) card in the game.

Preists incoming.

Dark Cultist and Zombie Chow is this week.

I was expecting them to put Dark Cultist in the 5th wing being easily the best class card and thus people wanting it had to use 3,500 gold to get it.

Also we get Mad Scientist. So those Mage Secret decks just get a whole lot more reliable.

oh god gluth is like razuvious all over again

you try to stay alive and then all of a sudden 30 DAMAGE WEAPON HAHAHAHAHA

patchwork is easy. if you hogger you auto win with him on the field + water elemental. otherwise just bring freezes.

glob can be handled with priest. heal spamming minions like lightwell and gargolye negate his hero power and then you just divine/inner fire up

gluth is just fucking ridiculous though. you HAVE to have a weapon breaker or you just have 0 chance

for thaddius, corruption + soulfire lets you kill the two big guys at the start. they wont summon another thaddius like the player card version

Ah, I figured out why I could keep refreshing my quests. Apparently it's a known bug(?) where you can reroll your quests infinitely within a certain time period.

Also, the warrior class challenge is obnoxious. Why is gargoyle in that deck?

It's because it's an enrage deck and being able to continually restore your health on every second turn would work out.

It's too bad it's completely irrelevant considering the deck you're up against. :V

I beat the Warrior challenge first try, although it wasn't *easy*.

Auchenai and zombie chow is goofy

I dumped Chow from my deck. Anyone with half a brain dosen't let Chow die first out of the two; and having both and a CoH at the same time is too unreliable.

Meanwhile Chow is worse than a dead draw beyond... turn 3?

Zombie Chow is possibly THE worst card to have at 10 mana in the entire game. Unless you have the specific cards needed to combo it. And haven't already burned them for boardclears.

Honstly Leper Gnome is more reliable and trades for MOST of the things Chow does. [Argent Squire and Voidwalker get away; as do 2/3's but those tend to be very rare.]

Also don't quite have the gold for the new wing but honestly I might not even unlock it. Shade of Naxxramus is pretty bad; Echoing Ooze is 'meh'; especially in the decks I run [I mainly play Priest; Shaman; Mage and Warrior], and Kel'Thazard is only good in specific senarios. And as an 8 drop he leaves a lot to be desired. Avenge is... alright I guess but I don't play Pally.

Yeah, the Kel fight is great fun just for how he reacts to stuff. Then he ends your turn for you and the fun stops. :<

*Climbs to Rank 10 almost non-stop*

*Stumbles and loses streak at Rank 10 3 stars*

*Streaks back up to Rank 8 1 star*

STILL GOING. I've seriously only lost like 2 games out of 20+ since I removed Zombie Chow from this Priest deck.

I like how it seems they have a lot less than 15 seconds too. And from the Fatigue animations it doesn't look like they've sped it up either.

Also no more Huntards. Between Sludge, Loatheb and the Leeroy nerfs Miracle could be dead too.

Although Hunters still probobly have better card-draw than Shamans...

I'd put Nozdormu in all my decks if he just worked as intended. Stupid blizzard. All the changes mean is that Leeroy combos are either worse, harder to pull off, or rarely dead. Leeroy will still be run, otherwise Arcane Golem will fill his role. Hunters lose the really easy card draw (overnerf imo), but the core of the deck still stands. It just relies more on having a good starting hand/draw than having the combo and drawing everything, negating bad early draws

Considering Leeroy x2 Shadowstep is impossible unless you have the coin, and Leeroy+Overwhelming+ Faceless Power is also impossible without the coin, and those were the two primary Leeroy combos, I'd say 'rarely' dead is an understatement PX.

The only commonplace Leeroy combo that still works is Leeroy+Windfury [Or Windspeaker]+Rockbiter from Shaman. Even Leeroy+ Ancestral + Double Rebirth is gone. [Although Leeroy*3 is still possible in a single turn by Shaman; Shaman's card-draw is the exact opposite of Miracle Rouge.]

And Arcane Golem dosen't fill Leeroy's space. It's 2 less damage on a single hit; 6 less on the Double SS combo [And seeing as this is Miracle's main damage and wincon this is MASSIVE] and 4 less on the Faceless combo for Handlock [As well as any Windfury Shaman combos]

I'd go so far as to say Miracle Rouge as we know it is dead. It was already suffering, and not only has it lost it's primary combo and the entire thing the entire deck was geared towards but the alternative does not get the job done. Other Rouges might crop up more instead. Like FaceRouge and I've even seen some people saying Malygos-based Miracle Rouge [Stealth Malygos if required; unleash direct damage spells next turn with +5 spellpower.]. The common Huntard which requires about as much brainpower to play as Zoo is also probobly dead, but this doesn't mean Hunter as a class is dead as some people are claiming.

Arcane Golem + 2 power overwhelming + faceless = 24 damage,  10 mana. It was always better than Leeroy, and I have both of them in my handlock

For miracle rogue, Arcane Golem costing 3 mana means the double SS uses only 5 mana, meaning you have FIVE MANA to use your other cards like Cold blood eviscerate etc

4 card combo compared to 3 card combo. Better is subjective since the wincon is more difficult to achieve. While you can run 2 Golems that means you are running 2 Golems which can be a dead card unless the enemy is already at 10 mana or you have the combo for lethal, since the last thing Handlock wants to do is let the enemy get more mana than him, since Handlock is basically a ramp deck which likes to pump out big minions sooner than it should. The payout is higher and I never said Handlock was dead, only the Leeroy combo for Handlock was.

And again, for Miracle you need more cards to reach the same burst, and Miracle often needs to use Eviscerate for board control so they don't outright die before they can pull off the miracle. Hitting face with Eviscerate is a luxury. Other than Eviscerate they don't actually run much direct face damage. They run 1 Blade Flurry sometimes but that needs deadly to deal notable face damage and Shiv [1 damage]. Deadly Poison is often Board control but I guess it can count too.

I am doing the stupidest thing which is somehow winning some games.

'Miracle' Warrior. Complete with Charge and Mana Addicts, as well as cards like Violet Teacher to spawn stuff when I Shield Block/Slam/Inner Rage/and so on. It's a silly deck that isn't supposed to work but it's hilarious when it does. And Battle Rage + Acolytes + Sheild Blocks and ArmorSmith give me quite a bit of staying power and draw.

Then there's the hilarious anti-synergy when I whirlwind and kill all my tokens :V

I was actually amazed to see I had 2 Shield Slams.

I mean I managed to beat a standard Hunter deck with it. Somehow. But he admittedly got so confused when I played Teacher and then Inner Raged it.

Edit:

Then found out I'm impotent against 4 classes [Druid; Preist; Paladin; Warrior]

Then I made an Enrage deck, and a Preist had the bright idea of using Crazed Alchemist on my 10/3 Frothing.

The end result was this:
