Touhou Sky Arena ERROR!

Can somebody help me?? When  I play MATSURI 1.51 I get an error message like this:

I skipped that an updated it to MATSURI 1.58, but it doesn't show the MATSURI screen load, I get the HAYATE or KURENAI screen load.
And when it show the MATSURI screen load, it never loads, like this:

What should I do?
Sorry for BAD english. I'm Argentinian.

Just for the sake of ruling it out did you update both Hayate and Kurenai to 1.58 "before" using the Matsuri 1.58 patch? They have to match and "then" you combine them with the matsuri patch of the same number.

1.58 Hayate -> 1.58 Kurenai -> apply 1.58 Matsuri

I never hit an error when updating the game or reinstalling. All I've had to do was install each respective game, update them both with their individual game patches, then combine them with the same patch number matsuri patch.

I've already tried that, but I keep getting HAYATE/KURENAI. But I'll try again.

My problem wasn't solved yet.
When I use MATSURI patch it patches HAYATE and KURENAI instead.

Try reinstalling the whole game and patch Hayate to 1.58 before installing Kurenai. And maybe you've installed somewhere else that C:/Program Files folder?

Nevermind I've finally solved it checking TSAConfig.exe and making some changes, finally the MATSURI screen appeared and it worked.
