And the budget 'should' be larger; seeing the success of Part 1/2 and the fact... well... this is Stardust Crusaders. Jotaro and Part 3 Dio are some of the most iconic manga characters. Having the animation team focus solely on one main cast should help improve the quality; of both the art consistancy and the voice acting. |
