A phone number doesn't have to be a landline, I haven't used a landline phone in the past 8 years and that's never been an issue.

Should be fine as long as you get your package mailed in time. As far as receiving your package, if you're worried about missing it, you could have it mailed to a friend/relative's house, or to work. That's up to you.
