One of the best gifts I got was a hand-made card featuring both Aya and Fallout 3. You can't buy love like that in any store.

It is the answer to your question. 
Lets not forget the spirit of secret santa. None of these gifts are supposed to be the center piece of anyone's Christmas in the material sense. Keep your gifts fairly cheep (I'd feel like shit if I spent more then ~$20) because you're not trying to show off like that. I intend to share something that is unique, and a bit surprising, because that's what I think you should get for Secret Santa.
