Ya Highlander is the Caterpie form of Cu Cuchulainn who is pretty awesome, and hey you said you wanted something other than a dark team he'd pair very nicely with your Freyja   Dark Metatron is from what understand one of the rarest rolls in the entire game, so grats!  But like you suspect, it'll probably be a while until you can field her + good subs for her.

Yeah, I was thinking about that.  Not only would he be good for a Wood team, but if I get a good set of Balanced monsters he'll help, too, so yay multipurposing!

I did get her to max base level, just need a mystic mask to evolve.  Unfortunately, it's gonna take a lot to get the rest of that crew to usable status, so it's still All Bastet All The Time for me.

Not sure I have enough room for her in my mono-Dark, but I can look a little later.  It'd mean I could finally gdt rid of the Devil Dragon sitting there for something more useful, which would be good.  Either way, definitely something nice to look forward to even if I end up NOt able to put her in anything good yet.

Suzaku is the ONLY chinese god who works with kirin (other than kirin), proof she's da best!

Titan's not a god but personally he's no a bad pull otherwise imo. Every other heartbreaker has their own dungeon, but titan doesnt so eh.

On that note, since I usually leave up Ares nowadays for the sweet sweet friendship points if anyone ever needs a Suzaku up just throw me a message in game and I'll switch (same for Metatron and Astaroth, that's all I've got that's evolved and somewhat decent)

Speaking of Metatrons and PAL Points, would my new Dark Meta have a decent chance of scoring me a few more than other leaders if I leave her up for when I'm not on, or not yet since I haven't leveled her at all or anything yet?  More PAL points are always good for those times they've got good bonuses in the machine going on.

I doubt it because most people won't be able to use her, and the people that do would likely be really high rank.

...welp, guess that's that.  I forget, Valk's a Descend boss, right?  How bad is her dungeon, compared to other Descends?  (Speaking of those, about where in Normal dungeon progression do people generally start being able to handle any of them?)

If you can do the final tier of normal dungeons (Vesta Cave-Junos Island) then you probably can clear most if not all Master level dungeons and can begin trying Legend-level Descends

It's hard to line up things on how difficult they are really. It really depends on what you have. For example, if you have a Lucifer, Valkyrie isn't hard at all, because you can just skip her berserk mode. Otherwise, things are a bit harder because you'll need to be able to tank 30k hits every turn. You also need to look at what difficulty too, because some dungeons have relatively easy legends, but really hard mythicals(Hera-Ur comes to mind.)

I would say she's harder than any of the non-technical dungeons, but after that, it's a toss-up.

As for descend difficulties relative to normals, the descended dungeons that people usually start on are Two Heroes and Hera. I would place Two-heroes and Hera somewhere in the tier 6 dungeons. Hera's damage is comparable to Lightning Holy Dragon's, but she's harder to burst down. It's hard to gauge, especially Hera because if you plan on using a resist team, which most people do, then in addition to the damage you'll need to tank, you also need to deal with Neptune, and most ways to deal with him require you to throw away some stats.

Yeah, getting through Hera and 2Heroes before trying Valkyrie is standard  - I want to try it next time she's around but I don't know if I'll be able to field a team that'll do it in minimal stones   You have most of the base puzzlemon (minus Siren) to clear Hera with the classic resist team once you evolve/level them, so that's a goal you can work towards.

Or you can get lucky at the REM dragon and roll a Valkyrie :V

On the other topic, my guess would be you'd get the most PAL points from working on your Freyja or your Batman since those are good mono leaders.  Double so if you can plump them up with +eggs and Tamadras (once you evolve Freyja, I don't know if Batz has awakenings) those are basically friend list magnets.

...huh, it didn't really dawn on me that I've got the means to, once I level up/evo the components, make both a fire and wood team since I've got the heartbreaker and orb changer for both those elements.  (Somehow I missed this even though I MADE THE FIRE TEAM ALREADY.)

Not that they'll be some SUPER amazing things, and I don't really have super stat sticks for fire yet(You all said Highlander/CuChu has ones on par with Odin, didn't you?), but at least they'll be better than 'random crap thrown together' like I would do with my "Dragon" and "Demon" teams, if they can even be called formal teams. 

Gonna ask for ratings on the two teams in question, so I know if they're as viable as I think.

i was doing so well until Athena hit her ultimate mode, and then the game decides to stop giving me any orbs

at that point i was so close i just went fuck it and plowed through with stones

(Well at least this means Isis + Kirin is totally descend legit though BV)


Also Athena's Descend is a lot more fun than other ones cause it's all boss battles and none of this KILL ONE MASK AND THEN STALL ON IT BS like Zeus'

-The fire ripper's the only one of the cycle I DON'T have, sadly.
