Bloody hell, I was doing some long-needed tab maintenance on my browsers and completely forgot this one still existed.
...I guess there've been a bunch of patches since I last stopped a couple of years ago? Is there still anything left to be done or stuff that needs another pair of eyes to go through?

Far fewer patches than you might think.

I think everything but the dialog is done. One enemy skill related message (I think) was lost in the latest translation, but I haven't seen anyone mention untranslated enemy names, attacks, items, or anything else for a long time.
In addition to what RegalStar mentioned, the maingame credit scene after being the "final" boss is partially untranslated now. I think it the text was updated with the first PLUS-DISK release and the translation was never fixed.

Updated text files from RegalStar. I made some minor changes; mostly just getting rid of "?" and replacing with "...", as the single character was sometimes causing issues.
EDIT:
Finally fixed the problems with the strdump. I was missing two strings:
010CBA04: ｴｸｽﾄﾗｱﾀｯｸ発動準備
01113BA8: HPを5000回復する。が、最大LVになっても最大HPが1500を超える事はまずなく、ｽﾃｰﾀｽ減少と
Which is already translated as:
01113BA8: It also heals 5000 HP, but even at max level, HP is not likely to exceed
I also fixed the strdump_current file which was missing everything that didn't fit in the original space (i.e. whenever the English is longer than the Japanese). So here's a fixed version of that.
