My setup is ready (as I've said) for the upcoming game, although I'm still writing some flavor up as we speak.

I actually do need to have it checked one more time, but I can't risk anyone who hasn't seen it yet checking, since I need 15 players, unless it's someone who hasn't planned to play regardless.

No, I've seen it tried and die from inactivity but with a dedicated playerbase it should be easy to try.

Sounds kinda just like an EiMM where the most popular person wins tbh. The living players can't really do much about it which is sorta lame.

I tried this a version of this in Battle Royale mafia; whereby the dead players voted for which players bomb collar to detonate each phase. 

At first it was pretty cool, the less active/afk players got killed off by the deadites, but by midgame it was pretty clear that the mechanic wasn't working. 

MTF has tried many variations of 'dead players can have some kind of action' but it's never really worked out.

Well, there's still Town and Scum, and dead scum can still read scum QT, so I think the strategy would be similar to normal mafia while providing enough new twist to be interesting.
My idea is that corpses cannot communicate to living players except through their vote.
The obvious strategies for Town are lynch a majority of towns into the graveyard, or shoot the moon by putting all scum into the graveyard. For scum, the best strategy would be to appear Flemish, or get all but one scum into the graveyard.

Also, scum would not have a kill every turn, and would probably not be able to suicide.
