you pretty much dont need to touch them until you have a boatload of stamina anyways because normal dungeons drop enough dudes for leveling up to a point

the daily dungeons are still useful though if you need evo materials/money

I still suggest doing the lowest level of skydragon for a lil dragon though.

Oh hey I can do Rainbow Keeper fairly consistently now if I bring an Odin buddy, it turns out. (Probably with anything Persevere too.)

... well, the Keeper himself. It's waves 2/3 that are touch-and-go instead. :V

So it seems I can do Keeper of the Blue after all!  Kinda wishing Dark showed up instead of Light, but alas.  I'm sure it'll be useful somehow.  Now to finish leveling Plesios and reobtain a Sapphlit so we can get the party rolling!

Of coursemit still will only be one monsteri proved, but it's definitely a start!

Now to try beating that light dragon dungeon...

Does Uriel count twice for Isis?

second elements basically count as an extra monster

if i match red but no yellows, uriel's yellow half isnt activated, and thus doesn't attack or count towards isis or anything

if i match red and yellow, uriel's normal red attack gets a x3 multiplier and his yellow half will also get its own x3 multiplier (effectively making it x1 since the yellow half does 1/3 of uriel's normal attack)

I'm one dungeon away from Temple of Trailokya. I think I'll give a the Wednesday dungeon one last trip or two before leaving for good. I want to see if doing it with a mystic mask in my inventory increases the probability at all.

cleared Mars Crater, only 4 normal dungeons left! :o

the next ripper dragon looks like a real pain though

12356 atk every turn? doesnt look like i can odin my way through that one unless i can match heart orbs every single turn...

should be managable once I have hera(s) though

.....I have NINE dark keepers from rainbow runs....

why does only the dark one drop O_o

Because you probably want a Light one.  Wish there was trading in this game...I don't want the one I got from Keeper of Blue since I have nothing that'd use it.  Oh well.

That was surprisingly easy.

How'd you do it?

RIght now, I'm looking at a combination of Chaos Devil Dragon and light hades/Odin to clear master.

Expert and Resist/Siren+Rippers.

It's not as clean thanks to there being no wood/Dark resist, and if there are multiple wood ninjas you're in trouble- but the first room generally never has multiple wood and you can charge skills there- that and the ninjas have lower def in dr. war- you can sometimes knock the ninjas out through a few good combo'd attacks.

Hattori is a pushover, too. So you don't need to worry about having rippers for him.

P. Easy actually, just be careful if you can't get all the way to hanzo with your starting burst of skills

I was thinking I'd get nobunaga today qq.. I was doing master... the trash was hella hard but I barely squeaked thru..I get to the boss, I fight him for like an hour (cuz my damage is ass in an all colour team since ALL my good cards are black and I don't have an isis or whatever, I don't even have a lil black dragon, let alone a black ripper, so my friend was the dark resist rather than an isis/horus or something to make my damage un-suck)... Anyway, fight nobunaga for like an hour, he's at like 20% health, I'm like yeah I got this...then he goes "LOLOL TRIPLE DRAGON YOU LOSE" and I get 1 shot from full health... sighh..

note to self, look at pdx to see if boss can 1shot me before I waste time trying it.

I guess I can do this with an odin friend maybe (big maybe, the trash really was barely BARELY squeaked by), but they all never use odin anymore. bleh.

Not recommended.  That triple-attack he uses gets spammed, so unless you can heal to full every turn you'll die.

Double-resist is the way to go, imo.

Help how do I beat the expert Wednesday Mask dungeon?  I did the "zombie team" thing which was fine enough up until the boss which had that KING MASK who attacks every turn and two buddies so when they sync up and I only killed one buddy by attack o'clock it ended poorly :(
(I wouldn't have even gotten the blue super mask I wanted anyway that run so not a huge loss :V)

Should I aim to kill KING MASK first?  Is it better to go all colors or mono-color for my party?  It costs more than half my total stamina pool so I don't really want to try again unless I pretty much confident I'll beat it.

mono is better because that makes storing orbs easier. yeah, kill rainbow mask first. often find myself just finishing with 3 mass attacks.p

The "king" mask actually is squishier than those other 2 so its even easier to kill it first too.

Who would be better as a fourth sub for my fire team? Shingen or CoC Archer? Shingen has much better stats, but Archer has her 1.5x fire ability.

Also it's kinda sad how Shingen's ripper ability is BOTH faster AND stronger than the fire starter's....

Not even a comparison.  If you can afford Shingen (he's 50 cost, mind you...) use him.  He's got twice the stats of the archer, who mostly only exists to skill up Freyr.

Triangles, use a Shiva. Spend the first round or two matching orbs that don't do anything, then after 22 turns you can beat the entire dungeon, assuming you can activate 3 or 4 attackers each turn. Shiva's debuff carries over if it's active when all monsters are dead. I personally use Shiva/Uriel and a red-white team including someone with a breath weapon.

YES this worked beautifully (your Shiva, at that!)
...of course, I only got two of the 2nd level masks as drops but it is proof that it can be done!

Either poison or defense reducers

I'll put my neptune up if you want, his poison should be able to one/two hit the ninjas
