Yeah even without the cos increase their upgrade is really only good for extra rcv. The double element thing is arguably not even a good thing in itself. On damagin monsters having a secondary is great, but fact is toudragons are pretty much trash minus their double resistance feature, and a second element with their feeble attack doesnt really contribute to anything more than double vulnerability to enemy lock spells.

Anyway i died on minerva due to carelessness. I meant to rainbow keeper her next attack so id survive but forgot to and died, she wasnt even posing much of a problem aside from taking FOREVER to kill. I doubt i could have taken hera anyway, but i figured i may as well try.

Next time Hera appears ill hopefully have enough teamsize to have some better units (teamsize is still a problem sometimes).

grind more >500 exp per Stam dungeons and team cost will stop mattering in no time

I guess I should have mentioned stage strats but generally the goal is to quickly kill all small devils and leave mystic knights to charge on. also kill devils you don't resist first and try to make it so the hardest hitting enemy is the leftmost one so Odin tanks it

Personally, my battle plan was.

Chaos Devil Dragon to clear all the small devils.
Odin will clear a demon/mystic knight or put him in the kill range
stall on what's left.

I had to scum for days too. and even blew my 1tb dataplan re-downloading the same so many times while away from home. So I can understand the desire to settle for minerva... Hell, Even now, after some experience, I think I'd STILL settle for minerva... except one thing... If I were you (and if I started again), I'd simply decide to give up starting this game until a godfest, AND THEN save scum my ass off that day. Given the next might be chinese godfest (and even if it's not.. most likely angels, which means easy lucifer)...yeahhh.

I'm not saying you wasted your time, Minerva is satisfactory imo (I used to think she was trash but her stats for low cost and double resist sure are handy for me these days, I wish I had one bad), but waiting for a godfest is just so much better I think.

my first pull was a machine golem, and my second was a dark machine golem :V

after that I somehow got Isis (evolved too!) and its been smooth_ish sailing since then

Actually 10 rolls before that I got Belial but decided to reroll because I wanted Horus.

Everything after thatwas worthless so when I got minerva I just said fuck it then took minerva.

Might probably scum again if Godfest.

Belial.. is that the fire devil or the light devil? All the devils other than the light one and lucifer are pretty lame imo, but if you dumped the white one ILL CUT YOU!!! =P.

edit: wait.. devil lucifer is not as good either, I was thinking angel luci, derp.
I wouldn't complain if I got devil luci though... dat nuke, even if light only.. eeek.

Siren is pretty good but can be acquired relatively easy. Belial and Minerva are not great. I started with a valkyrie, and I don't regret it, although my signature is Shiva now.
If I were rolling right now, I would take Ares, Horus, Frey, Shiva, or Uriel out of the red leaders.

In the absence of any particular need for one or the other (e.g. I certainly haven't got the support for a mono-light or mono-dark team to sway the choice - actually my best selection is probably in mono-blue :V though I could also probably swing a shitty ADK team once I get my knight fully evo'd), I should go dark when I ultimate evo my Neptune right?

Why can't dragons be any good

I can't even I say I like the new look better either. I'm keeping my skydragons the way they are. Only reason I might reconsider is if I get a Dark Metatron, but even then. Is it really worth 60 cost? I would rather keep to samurai dragons at that point.

I was thinking, I know blue isn't much better, but green seems to be the worst color to me when to comes to non-IAPing. At least blue gets Siren to play with, and Light has random descended people.
