Nearly everything works when outputted via HDMI from my laptop, including much more graphically intense games. The issue comes with nearly every Touhou in full screen. They'll run fine in windowed, and full screen when not connected via HDMI. But, when connected via HDMI in fullscreen they either freeze at loading or run at 24 fps. Is there some odd option I'm missing here?
I figured it was a resolution thing, but other 640x480 games such as melty blood go along at 60 fps...
Actually. When I change the output option on windows to 2nd screen only (TV, forcing output to 1080 rather than my laptops 720) it goes fine.
