Well, sxh's 177m (currently second place at Royalflare) gains an additional ~3000 PIV by saving the bomb I used in late stage 2 for use on Sekibanki's nonspell, so that's one improvement. I wasn't that consistent at getting both x2.0 collections (those life parts are important for suicides) myself without bombing.
A PIV run would also spend the remaining bombs on Kagerou (her 2nd spell seems promising), rather than staying at 4 power and capturing everything.
Edit: I think the inconsistency on stage 2 was on Normal, not Easy. I tried not bombing, and succeeded in getting both x2.0s 6/6 or so times.

Now with even more Sekibanki bombs, finishing stage 2 with 0/0 and 7 bomb parts. I only had 3 power for Kagerou though, so that should be improvable.

Applying my latest Easy route to Normal. 2 unintentional deaths, one right after midboss Kagerou (with no bombs remaining, but it let some items drop) and one to boss Kagerou's 2nd nonspell (what?). At least I didn't fail Kagerou's 2nd spell yet again this time. Finished with 110,560 PIV.
Time-stop grazing Sekibanki's 2nd probably gives even more ridiculous PIV increase on higher difficulties with all those lasers around. Someone should try it.

This replay desyncs badly for me. Only stage 2 is fully watchable; repeated deaths start during the stage 1 and 3 bosses.
Were you doing anything differently this time? I haven't had desync issues with any other replays I've watched, including several of your previous MarisaB scores.

It desyncs for me too. The only thing out of the ordinary that happened was the tilted option glitch, I'm guessing it causes the replay to desync. I captured stage 1 boss spell and Kagerou's first spell, failed the rest of Kagerou's spells, got pretty average cancels during the nons. Don't think I got the 2.0 bonus from her last spell either.

The laser glitch happened for me again, right before the stage 1 boss, this time the replay didn't desync either, and the glitch shows up in the replay. Okay, I'm not sure why it desyncs anymore.

I seriously don't know why this is a 9m improvement though. I was expecting 195m or so.
