Touhou Sky Arena Problem

Hello Shrinemaiden Forum,

i wanted to play Touhou Sky Arena with some Friend but every time i start it i get this message. http://puu.sh/2TPwp.png
I have already reinstalled it but it doesn't work at all. I use the Matsuri 1.51 Patch and installed every thing right.

I hope you can help me and if you want some more informations then i can give it to you.

and btw i am not sure if I'm right int this categorie if not i will open this post in another categorie. And I'm sorry for some English mistakes its not my native language and I'm really bad at writing it ^^

Judging from that picture, it seems your computer isn't in a Japanese locale, so you should change that (assuming you have Windows 7) by opening Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region -> click the Administrative tab -> and click Change system locale and select Japanese, then reboot. (you could use AppLocale too but it's not as reliable IMO) I don't know much about this game, as when I tried the demo, it lagged horribly so I can't really play it nor suggest much.
