Especially a glenfarclas if there ever was one.. dat's my fave.

Nope sorry. :( Ardbeg, Bowmore, Lagavulin, Laphroaig, and Caol-ila.

lol wtf, coal-ila is by far the most obscure brand out of all those around here =P..Bowmore in particular...only thing more mainstream than that is glenlivit and glenmorangie.

You have a Shiva, right?  Stall until its active is ready, then just sweep.

At first I didn't know how that'd work then I learned the effect stays on sweep.

That makes this a hell of a lot easier- It's just building a bulky party of reds, which is rather doable, and keeping orbs (Easy with Phoenix knight+Chiyome).

I'll prolly mess up again somehow but that works, thanks edibleh!

Edit: Or clearing with low-level breath weapons. Is that how it works or i am confused.

It does, but Shiva's ability persists through death.

I personally just run four poisoners, charge them up on the first turn, and zzz through the rest of the dungeon but shiva's even easier :V

Yeah, that's why I asked for your Shiva the other day. I wish the mask and lit dungeons costed less stamina though. 25 is a lot to throw at a dungeon where what you want is a 1 in 3 chance.

It's a little higher than 1 in 3, because mystic masks can (rarely) appear elsewhere in the dungeon.  Supposedly dub-mythlits can too, but I've never seen it happen.

I may give you a poke for the Shiva later Chaore - I've gotta wait for a little stamina recharge though. Been having the same issues using zombie teams myself, I just haven't quite got the hang of it. :V And literally all I need to evolve my Amaterasu is the damn gold divine mask. (I think I only need the blue mask for my Siren either but I also still need like 30 levels on her.)

Same here. I prefer zombie teams to Shiva though. When I go Shiva,  the game likes to start with 20 fire orbs and that makes things difficult. That, and although it rarely happens, 1st turn mystics could be problematic.

fwiw, there's nothing stopping you from running zombie shiva.  Just make sure your RCV is high enough (or bring a siren, which doubles as a way to eat fire orbs for further stalling)

Neat. Might try a few rounds of samurai dragon (I think I have a decent non-isis team I could line up...)

I believe the way Shiva's Third Eye works is that it persists to the next round if you clear the round without using a turn, so by using rippers.

I've been having luck with my Orochi zombie team in the mask dungeon.. the trick seems to be being able to eliminate the divine masks that attack on the same turn before they attack, I have Neptune for poison, Berserk for heart to water conversion, and Siren for hearts. Only died once out of three tries (due to a fluke, not even sure how I died since the perseverence triggered..)

Now I have a bunch of masks of every color and a Mystic Mask, though I have nothing to use them on as yet so they're just clogging box space. :T I'm trying to evolve my Vampire which requires 4x Violet Demon Masks.
