>"It's a little gift you might say. Besides, I don't want you to get too banged-up by all this. This all stems from Seiga anyhow, you did it on her orders after all."
>Do we know any way to counteract what Alice is pulling?

> "It doesn't matter if I get banged up. I'm dead and can heal by absorbing spiritual energy anyway!" Yoshika says.

> You do not know any form of weather manipulation to clear the skies, although you would wager she is aiming to use some kind of lighting based attack. You also know falling rain would harm Elis more.

> Yumeko opens a gap-like portal, clearly to Pandemonium, under Elis, before closing it once the vampire falls in.

> You create a pillar of dark energy, reaching towards the skies. Yumeko sees that your objective is, and throws multiple swords at the top of the pillar.

> Rain, winds, and lightning start to be unleashed, like the roughest storm at sea. The lightning that would hit your group is instead drawn to the Dark Energy pillar and the swords, but you can't leave it's area, else the lightning would likely hit you.

> Alice points towards your group, before ivy-like vines start to form beneath you. Fast.

>"She's gotta run out of energy sooner or later, yeah?"

> You smother the vines with dark energy equivalents.

> "I'm not sure. Alice stores all her excess energy in that book. When it's opened, years of magical energy stored up become available to her. It's like a battery as well." Yumeko explains.

> The vines spread out past your dark energy ones, except, they do not head towards you.

> They wrap something invisible in the air, and Alice smiles.

> "You... can't... control... me with... Mother's power flowing through me. A Jiang-Shi bite won't overwhelm a god's power. You... overestimated your own power."

> Alice still sounds like she's struggling, but her eyes are back to normal.

>"Heh, that's just what I'd expect from someone as willful as she is."

> You let the vines go, and very quickly have to restrain them again as they head towards you. It seems only the ones that escaped are under Alice's control.

> The vines Alice is controlling constrict, and Seiga appears within them.

> "Damnit... I underestimated the influence Shinki's magic would have on a denizen of Makai." she says, before she clicks her fingers, and Marisa gets up and turns. "If I can't control your power to my own ends I'll just erase it! You are too dangerous to me to have here otherwise!"

> Marisa, eyes red, is pointing her Hakkero at the side of Alice's head, before she suddenly is sent flying.

> "Not even I could read that your desires were this dark, Seiga." a familiar voice says.

> "I command you to cease!" a voice roars, as the lighting stops.

> "So, you being here explains why we couldn't find you viva Senkai, Rumia..." a third voice says. "I didn't know you were already stopping an incident."

>Alright, let's charge up energy into the sword and try to shatter the halberd with a full-power sword wave!!

> You charge as much energy as you have time to into the sword, and slam it into the Halberd.

> The result is a large blast of dark energy as the two energies collide, and the halberd breaks, exploding as dark energy does, sending Seiga stumbling backwards, and you flying backwards, through a pillar, and into another one.

> You think you might have broken your spine, but you can feel it regenerating due to the low light levels where you are, although not rapidly, since it's not outright darkness. Needless to say this hurts.

> The titan is on one knee, and heaves itself up. There is no blade on the halberd anymore, it is just a dark energy stick, although you can see it regenerating. The main body seems damaged as well, but is regenerating.

Uh, sword wave, not direct attack?

You were still somewhat close range, and the explosion of such condensed dark energy is pretty large. Still, my mistake. You only hit the first pillar, and are stunned and in pain, not the state you were in before.

>Cover ourself in darkness to hurry up the regeneration, then.
>Observe the giant until we can manage to move again.

> Your own darkness doesn't effect regeneration. Still, being in darkness gives you mental comfort to fight the pain better and recollect yourself after being stunned.

> The giant around Seiga stands there, seemingly waiting on it's own healing.

> "I know that's not enough to have finished you... or else I'd be dead too." Seiga says. "Not that it's not obvious where you are, with that sphere of darkness... but do you really have to hide from me?"

> Suddenly, there is a deafening roar, a flash of light, and the Titan lurches fowards, as rainbow light swathes off it's back.

> "W-what was that, that toppled this form?" she says, getting up.

> "Y'know, I toldya I've been gettin' stronger, ~ze..." Marisa says, flying past, her Hakkero smoking.

> Sariel is standing next to her, with her staff pointed in the direction Seiga was. Yumeko, panting heavily, is there too, as are the others.

> "I accelerated time enough... to break the spell at last." Yumeko pants. "The others kept Yoshika away.... but I'm out of power now..."

> Seiga gets up, having seemingly either regenerated all the damage, or taken none to begin with. Her weapon has fully reformed.

> "You lot... if you get in my way, unlike Rumia, I will kill you..." she says.

> You suddenly feel a tremendous killing intent, unlike anything you've felt before, that puts even Titania to shame. It is so strong you feel like there is a knife to your throat, you even feel the cold of the blade, despite no-one being there. From the looks of everyone's faces, they all feel the same, even the usually fearless Marisa.

> And it's not from Seiga, she looks the most terrified.

> Yumeko smirks. "It's not just Marisa who the infection's worn off on. She's no longer fighting it... and you know what that means, don't you, Seiga?"

> "You lost your blackmail card." Miko says.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRS7KZ1fL_s

> On que, Shinki appears in the air, black wings unfurled, red lines pulsing along them, hair blowing wildly around. The way she looks puts fear into your heart, and, for the first time, you feel the vast gulf between yourself and her, as a God, and for the first time, she seems as, no, more, demonic than the demons of Makai. She feels even more hate-filled than your old self.

> Then Seiga swings at her, and the illusion is cut in two, turning into mist. Seiga looks horrified still.

> "Write down your last rites, Seiga Kaku. God is coming for you." you hear Shinki's voice say. There is not the slightest hint of rage or anger, no emotion at all, which feels the most sinister of all.

> The tranquil rage of the Goddess of Makai. The feeling of it grows stronger with every second, even though you know Shinki could already be here if she didn't want Seiga to suffer knowing what was about to happen.

>Oh dear.
>"Well... you're screwed."
>Retreat from Seiga just a little bit. This is going to be bad.

> Seiga looks annoyed.

> "Is that all you have to..."

> Shinki walks into the Ruined Temple, and towards Seiga, slowly. This time, you can feel inside you, this is the real Shinki.

> She stops in front of Seiga, and just looks at her. About thirtsy seconds go by, before Seiga roars in anger, and swings the titan's halberd.

> Shinki doesn't even flinch, or raise a hand as it hits her, and shatters into nothingness, along with the rest of the titan. Seiga lands.

> Seiga unleashes a shower of dark energy orbs towards the god, but they don't even reach her.

> "Are you done?" Shinki asks. "I told you to write your last rights."

> Seiga looks angrily at Shinki. "What gives you the right to look down on me, and judge me? You're the same as what I aim to do!"

> Shinki does not answer. She does not react at all, not even batting an eyelid.

> "Ugh... witch, let me borrow that Hakkero!" Seiga demands.

> Marisa looks taken aback.

> "Do it, Marisa." Miko says, before Marisa sighs, and throws it to Seiga.

> "Don't break it you two..." she says.

> Seiga grabs the Hakkero, and the markings on it glow black.

> "Do you know what this really is, witch? This is a divine item from China, a miniature version of a magical furnace that Sun Wukong was imprisoned in. And as a Divine item, I can use it to defeat her! Now then, how do you fire one of those sparks?"

> "Why should I tell you?" Marisa says.

> "Tell her." Yumeko says.

> Marisa sighs. "It's not difficult. You concentrate, mutter the spell to the Hakkero, point it at someone you don't like, and then unleash your annihilation of love."

> Seiga looks at the Hakkero. "Well then, I guess there is one thing inside me strong enough for this job..."

> She mutters in Chinese, before pointing the Hakkero at Shinki, and unleashing a massive blast, a literal Dark Spark.

> The attack envelops Shinki.
