Also for people concerned about not having a lot of $$$$$, what Vic said. I for one usually don't "spend" a lot of money on what I give, rather I do homemade crafts and I'd like to believe that's just as welcome Spoiler: but I do actually have some sort of competence with needles so that helps. Also some of my favorite things I've seen received are otherwise gag gifts, like the toy race car packed with marshmallows.

I betcha your yard is going to look nekkid after all that stuff is removed. Mine back home doesn't look nearly the same since half of the trees were wiped out in the heavy snow we got early last year.
